mine wasn't the best way and this is all f2p. collect and sell cowhides at 100 each until i got 400k. then i mined some coal and iron and smelted steel bars. then i found out about steel smithing companies and did it on from there

I spent merchanting 1 week with 100k, turned it into 1m :XD:

I played for 2 years training my skills, now I have about 4 mill worth of stuff and plenty o' f2p skills!

 

 

 

for my next few mill I'm gonna train my mining to 85....

But really, I made my money by combining combat with slayer/barrows.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Even at lower levels, slayer can bring in a little bit of dough.

My first mil was with Willows and Yews. Than they were 300 ea the yews. :cry:

 

 

 

Now its gonna be harder to do that again.

 

 

 

The best thing is minning coal i think.

my first mil was found on the floor, in the form of 477k, 500nats and 500magic longs...plus my other cash

f2p at time

 

 

 

mined 10000 coal and 5k iron

 

 

 

smelted and then smithed to steel pl8s

 

 

 

then trained mage to 55

 

 

 

high alched the 1000 steel pl8s for 1.2 M

Stole it from a dead guy :thumbsup:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Other mills have been made mining in f2p ugh ugh ugh

 

 

 

Profit from Misc = easiest mills ive ever made

 

 

 

Barrows = when i don't lag and die horribly

I made around 700k off of 1k steel bars and some other odd jobs. I turned that into 1.4 mil in a week merchanting cow hides of all things.

I mined coal to get my first mil, and it was very slow.

Begged.

Well technically I got a Black Cav and sold it for 800k and that gave me like 1.1m :XD: But anyway.. Typically, the way that someone got their first million is usually a really bad, slow way to make gp. I would recommend runecrafting nats. You could get 1m in about 5 hours or so (if your RC level isn't much higher than 44).

Get 30 mind runes at a time from the mage combat tutor. Sure, it's 5gp per minute, but hey ^_^

I've always liked herblore, and with being able to grow my own herbs, I fell in love with farming also. So once I got to growing my own ranaars (and had plenty of seeds saved up). I started growing them and selling prayer pots. Also at the time, the seeds were going for around 15-20k, I could get 10 seeds for 180k, plant them and make at least 300k from the pots, then buy more seeds. Kept doing that till I had gotten around 3 mill gold.

I think i got my first mill off of vial merchanting at the ardounge general store goood times, gooooooood times...
