Featured Replies

i would just like to say i give away all my cash (156k) to a lvl 36 becuase its useless to me i have nothing to buy in nonmembers i start to wonder when jagex will make just 1 non member item that is tradable just for me to buy. becuase now i feel like i wasted me time gettin 68 woodcutting to get yews if i cant even spend it. i have been a member and a will be one again its just most nonmembers can easily quite cuase off to little to do now with there money.

(or make a f2p minigame that reuires money and u get pionts each time u win and get gud armour once u have enough wich is also good)

as i said i will and have been member so dont say " oh u shud be member for stuff" becuase i speak on behalf of all nonmembers when i say cash is useless in f2p.

imagine, mebership runing out and suddely u cant be a member for whatever reason - you would have nothin to do

money isnt useless try to set a goal for yourself like getting a certain god armor or a lesser rare. Or just go pking and if you die youll have money to get more stuff.

You can always expand your collection of different rares, as you can see in my list there are all 'level' rares in f2p too, just much less than in p2p but still something to save up to. (Only F2P rares are included)

Lesser Rares:

(t) & (g) Armor Sets

Heraldic Armor

etc

Medium Rares:

God Trimmed Sets (Guthix, Saradomin & Zamorak)

Extreme Rares: (Would be quite a challenge to save to for most players)

Holiday Items

well im f2p and money is one of the most important items for me...

LoL i've been F2P for a few weeks now (Had 3 months of Members) and it can do so much in f2p. Level up skills and get even more money, then get rares etc.

Currently: Quit Ages Ago

Money useless in f2p?.....

you can: buy bars to lvl up smithing, but fish to cook, buy wods to fm or save until later for fletch, buy runes to train.... save it and watch it grow also gives you a nice feel

Exactly, you could have bought trimmed armour, or train something like crafting, smthing, firemaking or runecrafting by buying the materials.

So how could money be useless on f2p?

Thanks to WithTheQuickness for the sig!

lol money is only useless sometimes but id be glad to take it (i only have 1.8k!)

Cash isn't useless in f2p. You can use cash for alot of things in f2p. Here is a few examples:

A) Use it on training skills.

Alot of people uses money to train skills. This makes you level faster in whatever skill you want to. For example, you oculd use the money the money when you train magic to buy runes instead of crafting them yourself. This will cause you to level much faster.

B) Useit for making more money

By merchanting you could get more money and maybe get a rare or some nice (g) or (t) armour in the future. Good things to merchant is coal ores, iron ores and yew logs.

C) Have fun with it

When you got alot of money you could use it to have fun with it. You could host a drop party or some TET looking event. This will surerly make you popular!

Hope this helped \' .
