Earlier today i was happily doing treasure trails and such, you know, spending time with friends online when i got this idea to sell a party hat, trade it to a lower one and get some money to use on skills.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So i go looking for a buyer for a red party hat, got a few offers through a friend, the offer was green party hat (which i like alot) and 25m-27m cash. So i thought about it too long and the deal went by, this happens alot to me. :D I know i'm too carefull about deals in fear of being scammed plus i don't know the party hat market well enough.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So the search continues and i get an offer of blue hat plus 5m coins, well 4999k :P so i accept it and leave the blue hat to a trusted friend to resell it and buy me a green hat and red hat.

 

 

 

EDIT: This trade was done in 2 reds for blue and 5m.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But what happens when i get back in? The rare market has crashed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Blue party hats are now on 335m and i hear santas are being sold at roughly 15m with green masks at 17m.

So todays loss was in total of grand sum: alot. 100m if you include the smaller rares. Yay.

If I were you, I'd sell all armor and raw materials in w2, then quickly buy 2 or 3 santas. You should calculate it out (santas are like 12mil now?) so you don't have any left over money. Since I think it just started, try to keep some raw materials and guthan, dharok, or verac parts (rune might also work) and sell for more than they'd usually be (panicked phat owners will try to get raw materials and barrows).

i was curios bout this too. few weeks ago i traded my 2nd santa for a green and some cash, fair enough...

Looking around W2... It appears blue P-Hats fell to 370M.. Santas are still ~20M Green Masks look to be ~19M, and the other masks don't seem to have moved.

Hmmm.. I've just seen a full invo of red p hats rofl! Somethings going on as thats 5600M!
