[hide=Legendary Treasure]Credit goes to Dragonlordjl, who posted something very similar to this. I'm probably ripping off most of his idea for it.

    60 Defence, 60 Strength, 70 Magic, 55 Crafting, 42 Slayer, 50 Prayer,

    Access to the Warrior Guild.

    Desert Treasure

    Dragon Slayer

    Knight's Sword

    Regicide

Mourning's End 2, Legacy of Seergaze, or Law Talisman.

Horror from the Deep and at least one complete Prayerbook

Ability to defeat three level 150 spirits (not at once, or in waves) among other things 100+.

The quest starts when you ask an adventurer in one of Varrock's pubs why he's there, and he'll say that he heard a rumor about a legendary item that has been uncovered. He'll say that a master smith somewhere has more details, so head to Mudskipper point for Thurgo, he has the cape after all.

Thurgo will tell you that he may know, though tells you that Oziach is more an expert of dragon-related items. You now know something about what you are looking for.

Oziach will tell you that he started the rumor after an adventurer brought him a strange item. He hands you a scroll with ancient blueprints, a map, and a story about a fourth-age king who was rumored to possess a powerful set of armor. It states that the king's platebody was destroyed in his final battle, and that shards of it were taken by the generals of the other kingdoms as trophies. The shards were buried with them. The map provided on the scroll shows the Runescape world. Areas near the Relekkan hunter ground, east of Uzer, in Morytania, and near Tyras' camp in Isdafar.

Relekka

Items needed: Elemental Shield, [bleep]ed boots. Equipment to fight a level 112 Dragon with high Melee defence, preferably fire spells.

The first general was a Fremmenik who died shortly after his victory and buried his treasures in a cavern in what is now the Relekka hunter ground.

You will need to track a Polar Kebbit, but at the end, you do not catch it, as it crawls into a small hole in the ground. Dig there, and you will fall into a deep crevasse.

You will awaken surrounded by ice, far below the hunter grounds. There are many ancient treasures here, but unfortunately it is trapped behind ice. The cave itself is a labyrinth, filled with areas that are incredibly slippery. At the end you will find an Ice Dragon, level 112, which breathes incredibly cold air like a Skeletal Wyvern, but otherwise is closer to being a metal dragon made of ice. Once it is defeated, you will find a large, frozen chest. You shatter the ice and open it to find your first Armor Shard. Bank it, and head to the next spot; the graveyard in Morytania where you fought Dessous. You can teleport out, or leave through a system of caves that opens near Keldagrim.

Morytania

Items needed: Holy Symbol, equipment to fight a level 150 that attacks with Magic and Range and has high magic defence, Slayer Gloves.

One of the generals was supposedly killed by a vampire on his way back to his kingdom. The vampire took the armor shard and now guards it.

Once you reach the graveyard, you will find a crack in the ground. Enter it and you will find a crypt with numerous stone coffins. There is a large hole with an ornately decorated tomb on the other side of it, and a series of switches. Once they are pulled correctly, they will form a bridge of light. Cross it and enter the tomb, on the inside is a larger cave filled with Plague Spiders, which are fever spiders that carry far more dangerous disease; fortunately they are not aggressive, but without the slayer gloves, you get both poisoned and diseased just by being near them.

In the center of the area is a marble and gold coffin. Open it, and an Elder Vampire will appear. You cannot damage it without a holy symbol, and if you don't have one, it also hits up to 30. Once you do kill it, however, you can loot the coffin to find the second Armor Shard. Once you're ready to leave, look for a pool of water near the coffin. Stare into it and you will watch your surroundings change; it brings you to Canifis. Your next goal is the desert.

Uzer

Items needed: Equipment to fight a level 150 creature that uses both Ranged and Melee, waterskins, antipoison, shantay pass and money for carpet travel.

The third general returned home, only to die shortly after and be buried in the desert with his treasure.

The difficulty for this tomb is not in any puzzle, but finding it in the desert sands. It will appear as a small opening in a dune, but there are many openings, and only one is the entrance. The proper entrance changes periodically, and if possible, varies per person. It will take a lot of trial and error to find it. Once you find it, you will find a coffin, a stairway out, and a Giant Snake. It attacks primarily with Ranged, which is accurate, but occasionally launches a powerful yet inaccurate Melee attack both of which poison for 8 damage. Once it dies, loot the coffin and take the stairway out.

Your next stop is Isdafar.

Isdafar

Items needed: Rope, antipoison, equipment to kill a level 150 creature that attacks with Melee and magic, Restore Potions.

The entrance to the final location is near the Tyras Camp. The fourth general was not a human, but an Elven explorer who somehow ended up leading Kandarin's armies. When he returned, he died and was buried in the forest, and his tomb was cursed.

The tomb is marked by a large, hollow tree, and also leads into it. Inside the tomb, there will be a ladder if you plan to leave, a coffin, and a number of unattackable Wood Ghosts. Opening the coffin causes them to merge and become the level 150 Cursed Spirit. It poisons, lowers stats, and freezes you in place. It attacks primarily with melee, but its magic attack gives those effects instead of damage. Once it dies, the spirits reform themselves into the armor shard.

Rebuilding the Armor

Items needed: Dragon bones, fire runes (1000), Dragonstone, all previous armor pieces, Blood, Death, and Law runes (50 or 100 of each depending on what altar you use). Scroll from the beginning of the quest, runes for Dragonstone Enchant.

Once you get the last armor shard, bring them all to Oziach. He will be shocked that you actually managed to find all of the pieces and agree to rebuild it for free. He manages to rebuild the pieces, but that is not enough. He gives you the newly rebuilt pieces of the armor, and tells you to bring them to the Wise Old Man, as he can't do any more to them.

Bring them to him and he will tell you that the pieces need to first be restored to power in one of the higher Rune Altars, and charged with 1000 fire runes, and 100 Death, law, and blood runes at the law altar, 50 if at the death or blood altar. Once you do, the armor will turn red, bring it to the wise old man, and he will tell you to attach the pieces to a Ceremonial Dragon Chainbody, which he provides (cannot be weilded or traded, of course), then it must have a dragonstone bound into it.

You then follow the instructions on the scroll to add the chainbody to the armor, add the set of dragon bones with a chisel, then use Dragonstone Enchant on it. You will lose the gem, but the armor will be nearly complete; Finally bless it with your prayerbook of choice and it will be complete, as will the quest.

Rewards:

10k Magic, Crafting, and Smithing Experience

Dragon Platebody

Access to Ice Dragon, Plague Spider, Desert Snake, and Cursed Spirit Slayer monsters (50, 45, 55, and 70 respectively)

The Dragon Platebody is not tradeable, if you lose the it, the Wise Old Man gives you back the pieces, and you must rebuild it again, as you did in the last segment.[/hide]

Did a bit of free-for-all Clan Wars. Loved it, Probably would have been at least a passable PKer if I didn't hate risking things.

Bump, haven't been on RuneScape much recently due to school affairs :( .

Damn, you want to do well in school but you also want to do some other things and you have to choose or be extremely good at time management (which is stressful).

Sorry for ranting.

Time management is something worth learning, even if stressful. Just have to remember that there are things that should take priority as well.
