Its a fake bank. Unless you are a master merchenter you cannot have that bank. Also, its been proven that the bank is not yours.

Locked~Spam/flames and various evidence that it's a possible fake. Since the author has not responded, he may either PM me to unlock this or repost if he at least states his claim and provides significant evidence that it is real.. At least to reduce the amount of spam/flames.
