March 7, 200719 yr Parkour, I'm almost never stressed through. That's kind of like a paradox :-k . I guess I agree sort of; my mind is free to wander a bit, but generally when I'm really training techniques my bodies too stressed to think about anything >_<. Or breathe, for that matter. What do you mean by "never stressed through"? Are you saying you're free from work and cares when you do it? Or are you just not trying hard enough :P ? By never stressed I mean I never walk around in circles around the room thinking "omg what do i do, what do i do, what do i do?!?!" and I don't explode my anger and stress at someone. I just do the work, calmly and quietly.
March 7, 200719 yr I go for a jog or bike ride, alone, with my MP3 player blaring. It give me time to think, time to grasp the things going on in my life. The GES, the only clan ruled by a Goat. "How did it start? I mean, did one kid just yell out lets have sex!""
March 7, 200719 yr Just standing in the shower thinking about things. The new show on TV, the book Im reading, Starbucks, girls, cars, the whole facbrick (SP) of time, pretty much the randomest stuff ever. "The cry of the poor is not always just, but if you never hear it you'll never know what justice is."
March 7, 200719 yr Listen to Pink Floyd. Go own some noobs on Xbox Live. Sleep. Read uncyclopedia. Take the wikipediacholic test. Losers...Are you blind or ignoring me on purpose?Even though I sometimes side with religious people in some debates, I no longer consider myself religious.
March 7, 200719 yr Nice thread :) I think it's a bit hard to seek advice on this one, since everyone has their own thing that helps them relax. But hopefully it will fill you up with some new methods to try out. Personally, taking a short walk (maybe 15 minutes) really clears my head. I walk daily, just down my hill and back, and it gives me a lot of time to think calmly. It's funny to watch how my mood changes during my walk. On the way down my hill, I'm usually angry, full of energy and have a lot on my mind. Walking back up, I start to get tired, I concentrate more on my breathing, feel more relaxed and my mind slows down a bit. It's nice : I usually prefer my walks on chilly days though. The heat gets to me :ohnoes: :XD: - 99 fletching | 99 thieving | 99 construction | 99 herblore | 99 smithing | 99 woodcutting - - 99 runecrafting - 99 prayer - 125 combat - 95 farming - - Blog - DeviantART - Book Reviews & Blog

It's weird, people always say, "Cold weather makes you drowsy. Warm weather makes you active." But it's the complete opposite for me. Walking in crisp, cool air (or even rain) really clears my head and cools me off. But if it's hot I just feel drowsy, gross, exhausted, etc. I usually walk at night too, or at least past 5 or 6, when it starts getting cool. :) - 99 fletching | 99 thieving | 99 construction | 99 herblore | 99 smithing | 99 woodcutting - - 99 runecrafting - 99 prayer - 125 combat - 95 farming - - Blog - DeviantART - Book Reviews & Blog

March 7, 200719 yr Author Tripsis, the problem with walking is its always muddy and i'll get my nice shiny shoes dirty. : ~ Horrible British weather :( Some ideas are nice. If i had a hill near me i'd try out walking. Also, like Brandon_7 said, i dont really like to hang about with my friend when im stressed, as i feel like im a negative influence and a bad person to hang about with ~ I dont want to pass on the 'stress rays' and provoke my friends to feel sorry for me. I was relaxed yesterday (Woot). I came onto Rs for Lord's 85 slayer party, but i was an hour late (stupid girlfriend fell asleep on me), so i just went and chilled with him, then chilled in world 99 :
March 7, 200719 yr I stop procrastinating and get around to writing new material for my work in progress D&D campaign setting. While listening to Manowar. If my girlfriend's around, she helps me relax as well. The food she cooks is great. Varrock Library: Shattered Sky | Silent Thunder | The Emperor's FinestAstri @ MythWeavers
