Blipo
--UNDER CONSTRUCTION-- 0.00 Intro Welcome to Blipo's Guide to the Non-Combat Player! This guide is for anyone wishing to start a level three pure. Yes, higher levels can use it for skill training advice, but it has been written especially for level threes. 0.01 Table of Contents 0.00 Intro 1.00 Skill Pure 101 2.00 Getting Started 3.00 Behaviour 4.00 Skills Intro 5.00 Fletching 6.00 Woodcutting 7.00 Thieving 8.00 Slayer 9.00 Firemaking 10.00 Fishing 11.00 Cooking 12.00 Entertainment 13.00 Motivation 14.00 Quests 15.00 Guilds 16.00 Money-Making 17.00 Minigames 1.00 Skill Pure 101 Skill Pure. Non-Combat Player. Nooby little idiot. Whatever people call it, it's the same thing: a RuneScape character with a combat level of three. The most famous example of a skill pure: Zzzamorak. So, maybe you'd like to try going cold sword, stave, and/or bow. What do you do? 2.00 Getting Started Well, let's get going. First, you need to set up your character. Pay attention to these points: 2.01 Name Get a good name! I go by the alias Power2Noobs. I think you can see the meaning. Zzzamorak named himself after a god. A good friend of mine goes under the name of Lil Raspberry. Never put numbers in your name, or put X's unless it's part of a word (Xavier, for example). It just looks bad. And ripoffs are worse. I came across Zezima SX today; blegh. Get an original title. 2.02 Base When you get to Tutorial Island, you get to choose your look. Make sure you like it, hair especially. Get an outfit in your mind, and make sure it matches. Neon pink, for example, doesn't go with priest robes and a staff. 2.03 Careless Levels As soon as the option is available, TURN OFF AUTO-RETALIATE! The worst thing you can do to yourself is have a highwayman attack you while you're not paying attention, and level up your attack. Also, when you're on tutorial Island training combat, switch between attack, strength, and defence, just so that you have protenction against the above. 2.04 Outfit Get a good outfit ASAP. This is what seperates you, the naab, from them, the noobs, newbs, choobs, froobs, and all other variants. :P Of course, as a member, you have much more range, but as a free-player, there's still plenty to choose from. If you're lost for ideas, use one of the sets I use: Priest/Shade robes, magic (uncharged) staff, black cape, and chef's hat. 2.05 Equipment Equip your arsenal! Any skill pure should have the following (if possible) in their bank (three of each, again, where possible): chisel, tinderbox, spade, hammer, knife, hatchet (one of the best you can use, three of next lowest), pickax (see hatchet), saw, watering can (at least one full), seed dibber, and rake. 3.00 Behaviour This is like your outfit: BEHAVE! You disgrace the name of skill pure by behaving anything less than perfect. 3.01 Regular Players Regular players are generally idiots. Therefore, you should treat them like your rich, crazy uncle: courtiously, but not so much so that they try to engage you in conversation. If they say hi, say hi back. Then tell them you're kinda busy, and don't have time to talk. If possible, run away. This is just best alround. 3.02 Fellow Skillers Oh, I absolutely love it when I meet another skill pure. Whenever you meet one, talk! Discuss and share training strategies, talk about the new skillers, be friendly! Definately get them on your friends list; they make great friends, and they're fun to train with. 4.00 Skills Intro Well, skills are hard. Herblore, for example, is freaking crazy when you can't gather your own herbs. Some skills, like Slayer, might seem impossible. But read on, fellow naab! Read on, and discover the secrets to naabvana! (Note: Skills are added as I feel like it, and usually as I'm training them.) 5.00 Fletching Oh, jeeze, where to start. Fletching! you're going to need an axe and knife for this skill. 5.01 Fletching 1-20 Well, to start off fletching, grab your axe and knife and get on over to the forest. Most forests will do; all you need is a large area with lots of clumped up trees. Cut them down, fletch them into arrow shafts, yes, arrow shafts, all the way to level 20. This assures that you won't need to bank. It's simply the fastest way to go. Logs needed: 904 Arrow shafts obtained: 13560 Average street sale price: 108.5K Woodcutting experience obtained: 22600 5.02 Fletching 20-40 Here we are, at 20 fletching. Assuming you're not just going to buy your way up, the fastest method of going up in the levels is as such: cut oak, cut oak, sell oak. Rinse, repeat. Your two choices are Lumbridge and Rimmington. I prefer Rimmington, as the scenery is better, there's less noobs, and there usually arn't already a bunch of bows sold to the store. However, if you like holding on to the gems and such you get from random events, then use Lumbridge. Grab your axe and hatchet. Behind each general store is an oak tree or two. Cut it until your inventory is full of logs. Fletch them into oak shorts or longs, which ever you can, and sell them to the general store. Logs needed: 1381 Shortbows obtained: 205 Longbows obtained: 1176 Woodcutting experience obtained: 51788 5.03 Fletching 40-50 Ah, now things get fun! Assuming you fletched your way up to 40, you should have around 45-46 woodcutting. Here's what we do.. Get your axe, cut willows. Cut, cut, cut. Or, alternatively, if you have the cash, buy. You cheap little potato.. <_< You'll need 773 willows. Once you've got them, fletch them. Rid yourself of them as you will. Logs needed: 773 Longbows obtained: 773 Woodcutting experience obtained: 42177 5.04 Fletching 50-55 Argh, arn't you tired of fletching yet?! Well, we're woodcutting once again. Grab your axe, head to Seers, get yourself 1307 maples. Or, be a cheap little onion, and buy them, your choice... froob. >_> Fletch them, but unlike before, you'll wanna sell these to players. I don't know the street prices, so browse around :) Logs needed: 1307 Longbows obtained: 1307 Woodcutting experience obtained: 130700 5.05 Fletching 55-65 You now need another 4851 maples. I now recommend buying as many of them, as you can, because unless you really want the woodcutting experience, it just takes way too freaking long. Again, after you fletch them, keep them, they'll sell for nice cash. Logs needed: 4851 Longbows obtained: 4851 Woodcutting experience obtained: 485100 5.06 Fletching 65-70 So, who wants to cut 4208 yews? Well, not me, but go ahead if you want. Cutting is best done in Edgeville, on a quiet world; if you're lucky, you'll get two yews totally to yourself, right near a bank! Cut, sell to players, reap the cash and experience. Logs needed: 4208 Longbows obtained: 4208 Woodcutting experience obtained: 736400 5.07 Fletching 70+ Just... keep... going. For 99 fletching, you'll need 163958 yews. I'm sorry, but there is no way in the seven hells you'll be cutting this many yews. Now things get expensive, so I recommend move on to something else for the time being. However, if you have the cash... blegh. Sell those yews logs, you'll make some obscene money. (Magics are just not worth it, so you know.) Logs needed: 163958 Longbows obtained: 163958 Woodcutting experience obtained: 28692650 (28.7M xp, aka going from level 1 to 106 :o) 6.00 Woodcutting Here goes... a lot of your time. Woodcutting is notoriously boring and, although not as bad as mining, can drive your average mental patient totally bananas. If you wanna get enough woodcutting experience to get from level 1-99, then enough to get all the way to 80 again, become a member, and follow the above fletching guide, cutting all your own logs. Or, follow the below guide. 6.01 Woodcutting 1-25 Starting out, you'll want an iron axe, and if you want to train firemaking at the same time, a tinderbox. And a book, movie, or good music. If you're free play or member, cutting should be done in the Draynor forest; if you're burning the logs for firemaking, there's space beside the Draynor bank. Logs cut: 314 Firemaking experience: 12560 6.02 Woodcutting 25-41 You can now use a mithril axe! So get one. Heads up, you're gonna be at this one for a while. 889 oak logs, coming up. Note: I don't recommend cutting willows until 41 woodcutting, and the rune axe. Draynor has some nice oak trees, or if you're a member, Seers is a good choice. Behind Draynor Bank is the best place for burning the logs, if you desire, and at Seers you can go in a line along the sidewalk. Logs cut: 889 Firemaking experience: 53340 6.03 Woodcutting 41-50 ARGH! Willows! They're really your only choice at this level, and the only place to cut them quickly is Draynor. And what does Draynor have? Yeah. Black mages. Because of this, you should only cut at the bottom two or three trees. If you want to be safe, run to the bank around the far side, instead of through the market square, although this isn't neccesary. Just remember, watch your health! You're gonna need 892 willows for this next level; burn them if you want, but if you're F2P I recommend you hold on to them; they're good cash. Members, you can burn them if you want, you'll get some good money from maples and yews. Logs cut: 892 Firemaking experience: 80280 6.04 Woodcutting 50-65 *bounces around* Maple maple maple! If you're a member, go cut maples. And keep them, they're good money. If you're F2P, cut more willows, and burn them if you have lots of cash, or keep them if you don't. Members, cut your 3481 maples in Catherby; F2P, of course, your 5157 willows should come from Draynor. Willow logs cut: 5157 Firemaking experience: 464130 Maple logs cut: 3481 Firemaking experience: 469935 6.05 Woodcutting 65-75 And now we move on to yews. 4349 of them, to be exact. GO TO EDGEVILLE! Member or not, an empty world at Edgeville is great. I really recommend keeping these, as they're a freakload of cash, but you can burn them if you really want those firemaking levels. Logs cut: 4349 Firemaking experience: 880673 6.06 Woodcutting 75+ Everyone to the yews! Members, if you want, you can cut magics; I recommedn behind the mage arena, although I can't cut magics, so I wouldn't really know. Remember, magic logs are better money, but yews are better experience. Either way, yews or magics, keep them all, it's great cash. Yew logs cut: 67566 Firemaking experience: 13682115 Magic logs cut: 47297 (This would sell for 47.3M - tell me that's not bad money) Firemaking experience: 14368829 7.00 Thieving Thieving is sweet! :) Great for Slayer supplies, as well, at least foodwise. Hah, yeah, Slayer. You'll see. Note that I don't recommend pickpocketing anyone that can hit more than a four on you. Anyways, here goes the Thieving section... 7.01 Thieving 1-5 To start of theiving, pickpocket men. When you get to level five, STOP! Go to Ardougne! 7.02 Thieving 5+ At 5 thieving, you gain access to the Cake Stall in Ardougne. Thieve from here, bank the cakes, repeat; I suggest going to a crowded world, as the guards are always getting killed, so you get caught less often. Those cakes are great for Slayer, and are the absolute best food for a level three. 7.03 Thieving 20+ At 20 thieving, you get the silk stall. Buy the silk, bank it, wait a little while, sell it back to the silk merchant. Remember, if you talk to him within a good while of stealing from him, he'll spazz at you, so best wait before selling his silk back to him. Not bad profits. 7.04 Thieving 22+ Wine is also a great item for Slayer, and is found in the Wine Stall in the Draynor Market. Most of the stuff from this stall is junk, but the occasional wine is much worth it; it's debatably better for slayer than cakes, and Zzzamorak's Slayer food of choice. 7.05 Thieving 27+ The Seed Stall, found in the Draynor Market, has seeds. :) Great for Farming, I recommend getting at least a few hundred seeds from it if you're at all interested in Farming. Thieving 38+ Farming master! Take 10 cakes and rob that master. Try to get him caught in the pig pen, it helps a lot. Bank the seeds you get and either sell them or use them for farming. 7.06 Thieving 50+ Silver Stall in Ardougne! Silver is a good crafting material, and selling for a very reasonable price to the merchant; again, though, be careful that you hold on to it long enough for him to forget you stole it! :) Also, be careful of the fact that guards, warriors, and paladins will attack you if you're caught - it's risky. 8.00 Slayer Slayer takes a long time, and is by far the most expensive skill you'll ever train. You'll be spending millions upon millions for the equipment, so don't attempt this uless you're filthy rich! >.< 8.01 Equipment You have two ways of going about this: The Cake method, and the Wine method. Either way, you should unequip all your armour and such. If you have it, equip anything that will lower your attack and defence stats. Eqip to yourself one ring of recoil, and add four more to your inventory. Then, fill the rest of your inventory with your cake or wine. 8.02 Method When you've got all your stuff gathered up, head to the monsters you need to kill. MAKE SURE YOUR AUTO-RETALIATE IS OFF! Attack the monster, then walk one square away from it. It'll continue attacking you. If it hits you for any more than 0 damage, it'll take one point of damage as well. 8.03 Tips Cake or wine? Cake: Heals more, so you can train longer, but you risk hitting your opponent for damage and gaining combat experience. Wine: Heals less, but brings your attack to zero, so there is a lower risk of you hitting for damage. 9.00 Firemaking Firemaking ties closely with woodcutting. Make sure to read the woodcutting guide before you read this. Also note, unless you have 99 woodcutting, it is always better to cut your own logs. 9.01 Firemaking 1-15 For your first 15 Firemaking levels, you'll be burning normal logs. Find a forest, cut them, burn them, repeat. Not much to say here. Logs needed: 61 (Freaking easiest skill ever) 9.02 Firemaking 15-30 As soon as you can, burn oaks. Your best bet for this is... the F2P forest of your choice. There are just so many oak trees out there, pick some trees on the map and head there; there's bound to be a few trees. Logs needed: 183 9.03 Firemaking 30-45 Well, we're at willows now. Grab your axe and tinderbox, and go to Draynor - F2P! If you're already freeplay, yeah, duh. However, if you're a member, F2P is always a better place to train - if the wizards kill you, people won't pick up your members stuff! You can just cut them and burn them right there, no need to bank. Goes by very quickly, only an hour or two of work. Logs needed: 535 9.04 Firemaking 45-60 F2P, keep going with those willows. >.< P2P, you're going to want to bank your tinderbox and head to the Seers' Village for some maples. I recommend banking your logs, then burning them once you have all of them Also, if you're a skill fanatic like me, and you just got your 45 firemaking in Draynor, it's only a 1k charter boat ride to Catherby, then a one minute walk. Willow logs needed: 2123 Maple logs needed: 1573 9.05 Firemaking 60+ Everyone to the yews! Really, yews are just fastest. F2P, head to Edgeville, P2P to the church just south of Seers. Both groups, burn them right in that area, it's faster than banking. Logs needed: 63016 10.00 Fishing Ahh, fishing. Not quite as enjoyable as in real life, but hey. 10.01 Fishing 1-20 Get a net. Fish. This won't take any time at all, maybe an hour or two. If you're starting your Cooking skill as well, cook what you catch, then drop them; no point banking them, as they heal next to nothing, and you can't sell them. 10.02 Fishing 20-40 At 20 fishing, go to the Port Sarim fishing store, and buy yourself a fly fishing rod and around two or three thousand feathers. They're extremely cheap. You'll spend less than 20k on the feathers, and they'll take you past 60 fishing. The Barbarian Village is the place to be, my friend. Catch them on the River Lum, cook them in the Longhall or bank them in Edgy to cook later. Note: Catching and dropping is a waste of time. Banking them or cooking them is more productive. If you cook then, drop them as you walk back to the fishing spot. I love Barbarian fishing! It's really relazing, if you turn off all your chats, put on some music, and just relax... 10.03 Fishing 40-50 Two options: Barbarian fly fishing, or tuna in Catherby. F2P, sorry, guess you'll just have to stick with those trout and salmon. If you stick with the fly fishing, great, it is by far the best fishing and cooking experience. However, if you catch tuna, you can make a bit of money off of it. Of course, harpoon in Catherby, cook on the way to the bank, bank, repeat. 10.04 Fishing 50-68 Not much to say. Tuna is stupid now. Fly fishing is still your best cooking/fishing experience on F2P. I acknowledge that there is a way of catching, cooking, and selling lobsters on Karamja, but personally I think it's really stupid, so I'm not posting it. As for members... If you're looking only for experience, go with fly fishing. I'm sorry, but it's just the best. But say you need cash. Lobsters in Catherby are the way to go. Either way, it's going to take a long time to get 68 fishing. 10.05 Fishing 68+ FISHING GUILD! Hah. I'm not in yet. I want to be. But argh, it's so boring! >_> Anyways, F2P, lobster son Karamja or Barabian Fly Fishing, sorry. P2P, go in the Guild! Argh! Look at the Tip.It guide. Fish lobsters, screw the Barbarians. Well, not literally... >.< 10.06 Fishing 80+ As P2P, you can start trying for sharks in the Fishing Guild. Hah, F2P, still out of luck... But sharks are slow, and they burn easily. Good cash, though. Your choice. 11.00 Cooking Ah, cooking. The only two real ways of leveling up your cooking are to buy and cook and sell fish, or catch and cook and sell your own fish. If you're going to buy, you need no help - just hop to it, buy the best fish you can. If you are going to catch your fish, however, you should know that your cooking goes practically hand in hand with fishing; they should stay constantly very close together; mine have been the same since level 20. 11.01 Cooking Level 1-20 Get a net and go at it. Catch shrimp and anchovies anywhere, bank them, cook them, drop them; they sell for nothing, and heal for less. At this point you'll be moving on to cooking trout. 11.02 Cooking Level 20-40 Assuming you're still catching your fish, you'll be in the Barbarian Village (see Sec. 10.02 Fishing 20-40). Now, you can either run into the big long hall and cook at the back, or you can equip an axe and bring a tinderbox, and light your own fire at the water. Once cooked, they can either be dropped or banked at Edgeville. Yay! Halfway through you're in the Cooking guild! Gratz. 11.03 Cooking Level 40-50 Well, you have two options: Continue on at the Barbarian Village, or go to Catherby and spear Tuna. Cook Tuna in the house beside the bank, store both the cooked and burnts, and run back to the fishing spots. This is when you start to really need entertainment; fishing is a rather slow paced skill. 11.04 Cooking Level 50+ Mmkay. Fly fishing is, of course, still an option. However, lobsters are a bit of a better choice at this point. You can either catch and cook them in Catherby, same as the Tuna, or you can go to Karamja. At Karamja, bring an axe and tinderbox. Catch them on the docks, make a fire, cook them, and sell them to the store there. It's not great money, but it works. Remember, if you have it, this is always easier in the Fishing Guild. 11.05 Cooking Level 80+ Well, if you want, you can try sharks. But beware, they burn. Often. Good cash, though, so I'll leave it to you to decide. 12.00 Entertainment Bored? Need something to do? Read on... 12.01 Music Two options: Offline Music Player (WMP, RealPlayer, whatever), or Pandora. Perhaps I should I should explain Panodora. It's an online music player. Enter your favourite artist or song, and it'll play you an endless stream of music - and if you don't like a song, just say so, and you'll never hear it again! Offline player pros: You select the music. You can put your alltime favourites on it. Great fun. Cons: It's the same music. It'll get boring eventually. Pandora pros: Fresh, new, exciting music: you won't ever hear the same song again in the same sitting; you'll need to refresh the player to hear it! Allows you to customize your "stations" to your preference, and has thousands of songs available. Cons: you can't select songs to play; legally, it can only randomly select songs from its database. Also, you need a US Zip Code to use it. Don't worry, though, you can just make one up. :) 12.02 Books and Such Read a book. Do your homework. Something like that. Something not on a screen - it's very calming. Unfortunately, you can't do this with all skills, aka mining. To solve this problem, get... BOOK ON TAPE! *makes out with tape player* Seriously, books on tape are God's technological gift to man. You can get them from the library, buy them, or download them from LimeWire. They're great; I recommend Terry Pratchet - this is only my opinion, but he does some great stuff, and has a huge library of easy-to-find-on-LimeWire creations; and plus, they're long, some totalling in at 12+ hours. 12.03 TV and Movies TV is... TV. Watch it. Just don't get so distracted you log. For movies, you can either watch them on your TV (again, be careful), or... on your computer! If you have a DVD drive, this is great. Set your movie player as Always On Top, stick it in a corner of the game window, and watch. Good fun. 13.00 Motivation Sometimes you're listening to music, chatting it up on the IRC channel, and debating theology over MSN. And you still can't seem to get anything done. This is a major problem for anyone with half-decent stats. If you face this problem, afterchecking that you're not getting distracted by your activities, read on. 13.01 Persistance The first thing you need to remember is that you're not going to get 99 woodcutting in a day. Hell, even if you bought all your logs, you won't be getting firemaking in a day. But be persistant. I find it easiest to set your small goals - if you're at 50 fletching, aim for 55. Don't aim for 70, that's just too far away. Stick with it! 13.02 Patience Be patient. If the yews aren't coming fast enough, or that autoer just keeps stealing your coal, just move on. Maybe today isn't your day to do agility. Vary it up with something fun; pickpocket HAM members for clue scrolls, do some merchanting, or just cruise around. Patience is a virtue; practice it, and don't get frustrated. 13.03 Partnership Heh, yeah, this should be "Practice". But you can't practice in RuneScape, now can you? I mean you can, but anyways... ^-^ Get a partner. Make a friend. Something like that. It's a lot of fun to train your skiller alongside a friend, and it makes training that much more bearable. Hey, why not make it a competition? 14.00 Quests You can do quite a few quests as a skill pure - and as P2P, you can get into the Champions Guild! I, myself, am in with 34QP. F2P can make a total of 28QP, and as P2P you can make 84 (unsure number) in members only quests, and a total of 112QP altogether! Heh, that's more than I have on my main... >.< 14.01 Free Quests Black Knight's Fortress - This is totally possible, but you absolutely must bring cake. Or you will die. 3QP Cook's Assistant - 1QP Doric's Quest - 1QP Ernest the Chicken - 4QP Goblin Diplomacy - A real bugger for getting the goblin armour. Be prepared to buy them for a few K each from plaers. - 5QP Knight's Sword, The - Bring cake! 1QP Pirate's Treasure - 2QP Prince Ali Rescue - 3QP Romeo and Juliet - 5QP Rune Mysteries - 1QP Sheep Shearer - 1QP Shield of Arrav - 1QP 15.00 Guilds You can get into FIVE Guilds - Champs, Chef's, Cheat's, Choob's, and Fisher's. Or, Champion's, Cooking, Mining, Crafting, and Fishing. Tip.It's Guild Guide is your best bet here. What else can I say? :P I'm only in the Champion's Guild. 16.00 Money-Making So, you're flat broke, and you have no way of making money. Well, the easiest way would be to have a really generous friend, but in case you don't, I've prepared some small things on how to make some genuine, honest, legal level 3 gold. 16.01 Treasure Trails Oh, man, these are so nice. And you thought you couldn't do treasure trails, didn't you? Well, you were wrong. Go to the HAM HQ and thieve to your hearts content. Note that you'll want to bring eight or so cakes if you plan on staying any time at all, and a shovel for caskets is always nice. Drop bronze, iron, and animal bits, but keep anything steel or up - they're worth a satisfactory bit at the General Store. Also, full HAM greatly increases your chances of a successful steal. Once you get your clue it's off you go. Remember that charter boats are great for getting around, and so is that Home Teleport. Keep an eye out for: God pages, trimmed armour, trimmed robes, trimmed leather, berets, masks, heralded shields, and wizard boots. 1 in 3 treasure trails should land you with something 50k+, and 1 in 10 with some thing 100K. Trails take around five minutes to obtain from HAM members, so it's good starting money. 16.02 Merchanting Once you've got a shiny million, you can start merchanting; it's just too difficult before that. You can merchant anything with large price variances; I've heard of prayer pots, rune armour, treasure trail items, anything. As long as you can buy it for a bit less than you can sell it, you're making some nice cheese. And of course, once you can, rares are great cash. 17.00 Minigames Some minigames are playable; most are not. I suggest you read through the Tip.It Minigames Guide, before continuing with this guide. 17.01 Gnome Delivery & Trawler Trailer Not much to say here; read he Tip.It guides, there's really not much special. 17.02 Rouges' Den Ahh, the Rouges' Den! No food required! Located at the back of the Burthorpe Inn, it requires 50 thieving to play. If you die, you simply go back to the beginning of the course. Bring some money with you, as you'll want to purchase for yourself a stethoscope, and possibly a lockpick or two. Got some nice, light Rouges' Gear up for grabs at the end. Looks great! 17.03 Castle Wars Of course, read the Tip.It guide. If you want to be of the most help, you have two options: If there are few mages and archers on the Catapult area, stock up with eight bandages, sixteen rocks, a repair kit, a tinderbox, and an explosive potion. Help the archers and mages when they need it with bandages, and fire the catapult at invaders. If there are a lot of mages and archers on the Catapult area, stock up with twelve bandages, twelve rocks, a repair kit, a tinderbox, and an explosive potion. Help the archers and mages when they need it with bandages, and fire the catapult at invaders. This is simply the best way to help out; you could also try making a run for the flag with a bunch of bandages and cakes, but unless there's only two or three people on the opposing team, you'll probable end up dead. --UNDER CONSTRUCTION-- Look, I'm Blipo. Blipo
@Mirror, it's recoil rings and cake/wine. @Matthew, hah, way less than that. @Sworddude, for a level 3, they're good money/exp.
poopsydoopsy
wow... ~200 slayer xp per load... I prefer non-pure method thank you. 26,974th person to get 85 mining on September 20th, 2008Try Ferion, it only takes a few minutes per day; you can play it while mining. Doomster
Wield a "fun weapon" such as a bunch of flowers (can't say rubber chicken , unless you've already got one on an idle level 3 account).. With -100, you'd be lucky to hit anything!

I_Run_Longer
Decent guide, but for the Woodcutting if you p2p don't do Maples, just a waist of time because they are slow slow exp. Willows are best from 41 or 45 all the way to 75 or 99, I also wouldn't choose Magics for money because they are way slow exp and you get 28 every 25-30 minutes so it's pretty slow. IS THIS TOO BIG? laidbakjack
lol it cracks me up when i see skill pures, y not just level up our skills on your main account instead of making a whole new acount with no cb and just skills.... there seems to be no point in making these accounts. nalestom
Because having high skills on your main is one thing, its very ordinary in fact. But a level 3 with extremely high skills, now thats somehting! Thats in a whole 'nother category of high scores. Blipo
A level three skiller with all 99 in his non-combat skills is incredibly more impressive than, say,l earning that Zezima, n0valyfe, and ULoveMe are all the same person. Any choob with 126 combat can do barrows, hunt for abbysal whips, and slay metal dragons. This, besides being a very profitable set of activities, is... a very profitable set of activities. It provides the cash needed to buy those herbs, flax, unstrung yew longbows, or yew logs needed for that 99th level. However, a level three can't do combat. Heck, they don't have access to half the world, and another quarter is too dangerous to ever be near without some serious jmod abilities. Oh, and may I mention as well, any level 3 with 99 slayer is a freaking god of RuneScape. I know Zzzamorak is at 51 or something.. That's thousands of hours of work I tell you. And that's why skill pures > you.

Deiophobus
lol blipo, you own. Unfortunatley, I have numbers in my name, even though I am a skiller. I didn't need them, it was out of habit.
Blipo
For the slayer you can use a bow with no arrows. It's impossible to hit. How do you get them to attack you, though? You need to provoke them. I'm using a rubber chicken right now.
