Has anyone tested out the new Bioshock demo on the Xbox live? its a free download although it takes pretty long, i played it and i think it could be one of the 360's best games ever, just a heads up to anyone who has xbox live to look it up and just check it out, its well worth it as its free anyway :thumbsup: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The biggest thing is some people are reviewing the xbox 360 version (most are) while I don't see many reviews for the PC yet (which is superior from what I've heard). I can not wait for this game tomorrow, I've heard many reviews stating that it is a work of art in all ways, and is superior to even System Shock 2. :shock: edit: PC Bioshock average rating 96% Still it only has 3 ratings so far, and from what I've always seen PC magazines/reviews are a lot harsher than xbox 360 ones. IGN gave it a 9.7 and then just two magazines gave it a rating. PC Gamer UK gave it a 95% when it rated Half life 2 a 96. I think this is something very good indeed... Try it on medium difficulty. I played easy, and i kinda zoomed through it. Internet sucks hardcore here, it'd take forever to download on my 360 I think (and haven't gotten it set up yet). If you have seen the TV ad for the game, the music playing in the background is the first song you hear at the beginning of the demo >.< I just hope my PC can run this now :? I got rid of all the stop errors and other bugs, so it runs smoothly now, but i can delete stuff off my computer that is taking up a lot of space (Final fantasy XI). Defender2516 Posted August 21, 2007 Share Posted August 21, 2007 I just got finished playing the demo (starting on medium first) and thought it was pretty dam kewl. One of the first many games who KNOWS what my computer can handle.. yes, bioshock said I could have all the settings on high as a default! BOOYAH SUCKIER GAMES WHO PUT MY DEFAULTS AT MID/LOWER SETTINGS! Anyways, swimming through a beautiful fire/water plane crash into a creep tower that says "Gods and Kings not allowed, man only" was very intresting. I thought they did a lovely job, what would the world be like without morality and the government, ect. Guess what, it all went to hell, haha. I think its kewl how your hand turns into flames and you also get electricity. I personally wanna do the ice one! The only disapointment is that the demo was too short and the file to big. Overall though, the whole roleplay-story between it all was great! I got a 2.0ghz processor and 1gb of ram, and the game runs fine, i just cant have the graphics high. Even with graphics on high, and besides the lag, I dont even get near what i should.
