Many people have done it. In a minute or less you will find their character fall to the ground. It's a simple death wish.

If you have a Limpwurt root and Red Spider Eggs and 5gp, you can talk to the Apothercary (potions master) in Varrock (south of west bank, building with a purple lightbulb) and exchange for a Strength Potion(4). Or simply buy from other players for 1k each.

Dragonbreath is not a magic-based attack. Wear full rune with a chain for the body and kill with a rune scimitar. Strength potion will help.

Not sure about the speed, but hard leather bodies are the way to go.

I would like to call that suicide :-w. To make a long story short, it's possible, but the odds of dying is... 3:1 :?. The key to success is to know what you are doing.

You are missing 60 range (requirement). The quest itself is very easy, even when killing the Mourner. Almost like a repetition of Regicide (coal distilling)... To kill the Mourner just simply hit him once (brings all combat stats to 20), turn on protection from melee, drink restore potion and unleash 4 dds specials. Easy kill.
