Nice idea - as you said something is better than nothing. I imagine all players with lv99 skills (including members) could appreciate the ability to purchase and use all emotes which they have earned without requiring the cape to be equipped.

I agree with you, I will change that.

My favorite skills are gathering skills. Mining is the exception due to that fact that it involves too much competition over limited resources for my taste. Fishing and woodcutting on the other hand are great skills in my opinion, they are very straightforward and you do not have to compete with others to the extent of mining.

While I do like the new randoms event rewards, it seems that now that they are finally worth getting I don't hardly get randoms anymore! #-o

Oh I don't find it fun... lol I would rather be chopping logs any day. The fact is that it is very cost effective, 90+ total experience per cast (53 mage, 39 smith). Also I have lost no money, anyone who smiths bars cannot make that claim. :)

Going to chop yews the rest of this week as I finished off my superheats and don't want to buy any more until my break is over. At that point I will buy superheats for 85 smithing (113k xp away).

My personal opinion is that the FOG requirement is unnecessary and should be taken out of the equation completely. Other than that I think the requirements seem fair.

While I have experienced a roll back in the past, I imagine it is a last resort. So to those fearing the possibility of a roll back, I would not worry about it as it is extremely unlikely.

I always looked forward to reading it and will miss that. Could be interesting to see updates released that no one saw coming though. ;)

Not sure about your reasoning there. F2P should not get capes because of the fact that they are currently members and you "just don't think they should"? Care to elaborate on that?

You can wear and use cape emotes in non-members, but you have to be members to acheive the capes, which makes sense because most of the cape givers are in P2P areas anyway. How about making the defence bonuses in f2p atleast? So if a member goes f2p they can still use the skillcape? If F2P themselves cannot get skill capes at all, why on earth should members be able to come into F2P worlds with a defensive bonus we cannot even obtain? Sounds unfair for all pvp/pvm aspects of the game.

I have no idea what the numbers mean myself. Can anyone enlighten us on that?
