Well first of all, 1 in 1 million is ridiculous. Secondly, the next logical order would be to have dragon given away in the clues, as rune armour and weps are found in lvl 3's, addy in lvl 2's and so on, surely this wouldn't do the economy any good. If you have a think about it, make some alterations to it, it could be a great idea.

try turning off every detail in the option menu

I for one, am happy to see people like you on runescape.
