i've had a 3 whip task once, i've just never had two good levels in one task :P

Well i went back the next day to finish the task, and i did get a whip!

In the same task And! After getting my cape, I did a few quests, then the next day I went back to finish that task; Probably my best task ever now :) Rate/Hate etc..

I agree with the other guys, smoking kills would be a good idea if you're gonna do slayer

I found the leaf bladed sword to be better for me at mith dragons, but i found the whip to better at steel dragons, but I'd go for the whip for the higher strength bonus as long as you have a decent attack level

It's possible to travel forwards in time, but it's not practical, as you'd have to travel at something like 99.8% of light speed. Going back, however, is impossible, as far as we know.

I think it's just as sexist to assume that the skirts are limited to girls.

I'd say skills, because skills can directly make money, or feed into each other, for example, you could fight a monster, which doesn't necessarily need money for it, get a drop such as a pickaxe, and you could mine and sell your ores. You could also make money without using a skill, i.e investing in the grand exchange, but I'd say skills are more important, as they give money a purpose.

Could become entangled in the parachute and suffocate. No point in coming up with big elaborate "fool proof" ideas if you haven't though them through ;) Remove the parachute completely, it won't make a difference at 1 km/h. We have our answer :P
