i thought gs was to slow to use with just karils? dont u use melee void cuase of att bonus with gs? Gs is slow, but since your stats are low gs slowness won't matter. In other words, if you hit twice with sara sword or zamorak spear...chance you will hit 0 because of your stats is high. But with godsword which is maybe the most accurate melee weapon, it will help you. It might be slow but atleast you will hit high. Void= not worth it, i don't see the amazing boost if there is any... I don't buy it. Any way you look at it - mathematically or with real world tests - levels and defence have little effect on the effectiveness of godswords\prayers\potions etc. Best weapon by far is SS, then zammy spear, then godswords as a VERY distant 3rd. I would almost put flail\hams above godsword; it's just that slow. Melee void is nice if you have a unicorn, not so nice if your dealing with a bunyip. I personally go for full void + ss + unicorn, but it BARELY keeps up with 99 defence. First of all, void is 15-17%, and if it was 10% it would be significantly behind bandos\nezzy\dark gloves.

RS, like most games, maxes out your CPU capability to cache and draw frames you might need, making it run faster\smoother but taxing your heat cooling systems. I actually bought a pair of small, quiet cooling fans and put them under my laptop to circulate air; now the noisy regular fan almost never runs, and the whole system runs much cooler (cooler = longer life, fewer problems).

Att 110+ combat, 99 ranged doesn't stand out that much anymore tbh, not to mention mage, who gets totally screwed by other lvl 110+'s. That would be because the ideal range tank would be below 100 combat ;)

It depends on quantity, not time, and it's different for every item. The search button is your friend.

Then you were unlucky. I tried range pure, it out hit melee every time. What were your outfits\invos? If he was tanking in full rune and you were in d hide, it would make a big difference.

Alch value of onyx brace > SS. That stinks, though. (Cue angry rant about how market value should determine items kept, not alch value. There's 100's of them in rants already, Jagex hasn't gotten around to changing it and it would be a pain with non tradable quest items.)

Looks fairly good, I can make a similar thing. Your profit is being thrown off by tasks like demons\spirit mages\mithril dragons, though.

Not true. Sara hilt was frozen for 1 week, arama hilt for 3. Arma hilts lost around 10m, so 3 weeks worth of hilts lost an average of 5m. Sara lost an average of 1 weeks worth at 3m. Both sara and arma together were less then bandos and zammy, which were not frozen, and thus drained 3x 3m GP out in the same time. So within roughly 3 weeks of coinshare coming out, all of the coins introduced were taken out, and it has been draining ever since. In short: It created a very, very small amount of GP in the first week, which was drained out within 3 weeks, and has been drained thousands of times over in the months since then :| If you wrote this a week after coinshare came out, it would have been relevant for a few days. Now it's just pointless, the effect is the exact opposite of what you said :roll:

Range > Melee in FTP, don't know what on earth you are talking about. For its level, magic >> melee in FTP. That being said, higher level mage spells would be nice for FTP, but that can't be done without all of the rest of the book being opened.

That's tricky. Your combat stats are lower, and we really need a standardized testing method for this. I'll start doing my own soon, I can dump it into a chart.

Dying and losing 83m in dangerous clan wars. The epicness of me clicking like mad to get out, then getting 2 hit by the specs. Then coming back and befriending the guy who killed me (Who felt terrible about the whole thing :? )

One word. Unicorn. Four words. He has 70 summoning. 3 words. Unicorn is best. BTP is a very, very lousy second, and your better off in tanking gear then trying to use void with BTP.

Stupid threads beget stupid responses. You probably misinterpret my annoyance at people who refuse to do even basic things like the KB as arrogance. Now, as I mentioned in my second post, hilts fell for only a few weeks after coinshare came out; only a few weeks worth of hilts hit the GE for market and dropped 10-15 mill. Bandos, by far the most crowded spot, easily has 3x as many people as sara\arma combined, and the hilt NEVER froze. I was watching for this for that exact reason, but the hilts leveled off very quickly. So really, the money drain from bandos equaled the money lost when 2 weeks worth of hilts dropped - and for the months ever since, coins have been steadily drained out by this system.

I looked through your post twice, and never saw the numbers specifically for waterfiends. Do you have some sort of chart I could look at with your numbers so I could test individual tasks?

None of us have a clue. Completely up to Jagex, and it really wouldn't matter if they did.

Verac helm, accumulator, glory, diamond + ruby bolts, rune c bow, karils top, granite shield, veracs skirt, snakeskin\boots of lightness, terrorbirds, ROW (solo) ROL (team), brews + restores plus a few smaller things I probably forgot to mention.

If so, how is this resulting in billions flooding into the economy - AGS and SGS were both well before 100m, and as I mentioned before, were only falling for a week or two after coinshare came out, making the drops insignificant to the months of subtracting several million from EVERY drop. If you didn't know that, then WHY ON EARTH DID YOU NOT READ THE KB ON THE PAGE BEFORE RUNNING AROUND INSULTING PEOPLE -.- Sorry, it just annoys me when people make stupid, uniformed proclamations.
