Ranks might become later, at the moment I really wouldn't feel like doing anymore farming :P I got problems even motivating myself to get 99, so what would it be like with ranks?

Grrr - I was unfairly muted/banned!
Bans and mutes don't come too quickly, they come for breaking rules. Jagex has given us the rules to play with and breaking them leads to a ban, mute or a blackmark depending about the situation. Also Jagex has so many players that they cannot give a "real" answer to everyone. They don't hunt any rule breakers, it's the other players who "hunt" for them. We got report abuse button for a reason AND we have player moderators to handle things Jagex just can't do. Honest players don't have to be worried of being banned without reason and as the current trend shows, actually more people are joining p2p every day.

8.7.2007 Got the bones for 99 pray, magic seeds for 99 farm and materials for 99 fletch. Won't take too many days for you to see me with three new 99s. Most likely won't have a party but will video the "event" and host it to youtube. Taking succestions for the backround music :) Lately been killing a lot of mithril dragons. So far 340 dragons dead without a visage or a large... Oh well, will eventually get one if I keep killing them long enough. I didn't give up with farming, so why would I give up with blue creatures that are almost 180 levels higher than me?

Fastest smithing xp
Gold is nowhere near being the fastest, even doing steel plates is more xp per hour. However it is easiest way to get xp.

New monster - Swamp Demon, pretty good worked out
With those max hits and the ability to hit through prayer, it must be a multi area. Also the slayer level seems rather low for its hp, combat and other abilities. Why not just make this the beast of beasts and make it like lvl 95 slay? That way the boots would be an ultimate drop, only the best of the best would be able to kill it and there would be a reason to train slayer.

anti bot system...
This kind of ideas has been suggested many times earlier and they all got the one basic thing: they would hurt legit players more than autoers. The box thing could be hazardous for people who don't speak english and I bet it would be easier to detect your account's name from the box than moving 3d models as in some random events-> wouldn't hurt autoers at all, but would cause problems for legit players. The problem is that most of the autoers (not all) are using modified bots, not color clickers. This means that most random events like that (or in general) are useless: they can be easily passed.

"It's Better to be Lucky Than Good"
Still, the odds are the same for everyone. I don't see any problem in that. What would be your solution for taking away the luck factor and still left the excitement?

-Farming Guild. Well Thought Out. Look, Free ...>.> Seeds...
... I thought that Tip.It'ers were actually 'nice' I guess not. I might just go to NoobHQ -.- Being nice and being realistic&honest are 2 different things. When you post a suggestion, you should prepare for also comments that are against your idea.

"It's Better to be Lucky Than Good"
The higher your levels are, the faster you kill the dragon. The faster you kill, the better chances you got to get the helm in shorter amount of time. The mager got as big chances to get the helm as people with 99 melee, magic and range. If he gets lucky, it's his win not your lose.

-Farming Guild. Well Thought Out. Look, Free ...>.> Seeds...
In my eyes farming guild isn't needed, at least not in that form. This just looks like one of those suggestions "this doesn't exist yet so I'll try something" without nothing to give to us. First of all, we don't really need new seed monsters. There's already plenty of monsters to drop the seeds, master farmers to thiev and so on. What's the point of adding more stuff like that? Also those seeds you listed there are something that are grown only by low lvl farmers. The level requirement is far too low. I really don't see a point having a guild which has so low requirement that everyone can enter it. I'd put it to at least 70 farming, probably higher. Farming is pretty much a skill that doesn't require staying at the same spot for ages like other skills there are. In my eyes a guild for that is waste of time. Also fast minigames with free xp kinda fight against the current idea of farming. The best thing for farming at the moment would be the following: * More uses for tree roots. * Animals * More patches (rather after a long&hard quest than in a guild) * More useful high lvl things to grow * Monsters dropping tree seeds * More spots for spirit tree * Small additions like adding compost after planting the seed as long as it is in 1st stage, etc The point why most people don't train farming is not that they are impatient. The reason is that they don't know the benefits from it and have wrong thoughts. Farming is pretty much the only skill that doesn't require patience: in no other skill I can get 250k xp/day without doing almost anything. Summary: we don't need a farming guild, but we could have a use for few little farming updates. Also if you only got few sentences there without really anything to say, you could just remove the part "well thought" from the title.

"It's Better to be Lucky Than Good"
In my eyes this looks just another "this game is too much about luck" thread. If you ask me, you make your own luck: the drop ratios are the same for everyone and in a long run the one who kills most monsters gets the most drops. I have for example killed over 1k iron dragons + countless steels (counted 1007 iron dragon drops) and gotten only 1 skirt, no legs or other dragon items. So far I've recorded 274 mith dragon drops, best being half shield and 2nd best rune battle axe. However I was the first one ever to get a dark bow drop and managed to get 50m gp for it. This current drop system is the fairest one there is. Now everyone got equal chances to get a rare drop. For example in your example 3, it could be visa versa and the lvl 77 could hally them for 2 weeks straight without the visage and the lvl 126 gets his from the first dragon. I personally don't like these untradeable combat items in game: they harm pkin system quite a lot. With these powerful untradeable items the loots are worth less and your opponets are more dangerous. Also if once you get bored of it or it becomes useless to you, you can't just sell it and get a little payback for the work you've done. The point is that in a short run luck has its role, but the longer you play the less it affects. It's like flipping a coin: if you and your mate chose your sides and throw the coin 1000 times, in the end you should have almost 500 heads and 500 tails. However if you throw it only 10 times, it can end to a certain win for one player.

Grrr - I was unfairly muted/banned!
If you break the rules, you should have the same threatment as everyone else. Just because he is 124 or a paying member it doesn't mean he should get away with rulebreaking. In my eyes the only difference between him and a lvl 60 muted character is that he was stupid enough to risk being muted at that level. Only one who he can blame is himself and when he wants to see the one who to blame, he should just take a look at the mirror. Btw, he isn't the first 124+ muted people with a long time member history :-w

What wood i need to use for arrows?
Normal logs, can't do the shaft from anything else. Tip.it guides give good info on pretty much everything a new member should know about skills.

What was so darn good about classic?
Only at lower levels and everyone who were planning to tele while pkin, had high enough magic level not to fail varrock tele. Of course that doesn't include lvl 23 steel pkers. Yea, combat training was a lot slower. However, I don't really see that it was a mistake to make this game "easier". We still got so many things to work on that faster xp in some skills is more than good. Just take a look at the amount of people with all skills at 99: it's still low. Have we played the same game? First big massbans happened in 2002 and it wasn't the only massban for autoing :P Macroing was a big problem at the last times of RSC before we got RS2 and definately got into worse after that.

What was so darn good about classic?
Yep, but that was at the prehistoric period :P Item banks came at pretty early stage, before it turned to year 2002. However I can guarantee that 95% of people who call RSC hard didn't even play back then :P
