Haha, i'd love to but this one cost me over 2m. And having lost 3m over the last three days (Pj'd in pvp sitting in a safe spot losing 700k risk and 500k loot), getting killed by Guthans at Barrows (how? i have no idea) losing another 700k and then losing 1.2m in 6k alchs im kind of skint :P Got another 600 tokens to try get defender. Fingers crossed :pray:

Wow, geeze. Tried to get a defender before Call of Duty comes out, 2.5k tokens later, and im on a black one ... Guess i'll have to enjoy the cape some more tomorrow as im on my way to join the geeks at Asda who are waiting for it.

If you're looking for speed, do Yaks... The quest is easy enough and its not too hard to find a non-crowded world during the day. I'd also recommend getting void. Its well worth it if you're training on monsters with low attack/defence.

I'd use a defender. Crystal shield is over-priced, and to be honest, torags is kinda ugly anyway so i wouldn't wear it to look good.

There are just as many idiots in members as there is in non-members. Its just members is much larger and provides more places for the idiots to get lost for 30minutes until their home teleport spell is available.

Haha, yeah it was quite funny actually as on wave 61, third attempt i saw 'System update: 9:59.... I was like oh noes! :wall: Panic.. Panic. I logged at 62, came back on, didn't even read the update till i finally got the firecape and saw 32k odd tokkul :D Started the lame task of getting another rune defender from bronze. Dropping addy defender for bank space ftl :oops:

Its not a huge achivement, being level 60s seem to be able to get it with ease, but having failed probably 15+ times on all my accounts, i finally got the damn cape! Use welfare the first time, got to Jad and died before i could even see him. Second time i sold whip and bought veracs, didnt take enough brews and got to jad on 23 hitpoints - killed by healers. Third time got to Jad, had enough brews and restores, somehow i failed prayer when he was 1/3 health and he hit a 91... I was getting pretty annoyed now so decided to try Void taking extreme caution to not get hit by the rangers... It took me 4 hours this time, almost twice as long as the others, but finally! I couldn't get a picture inside the fight caves as i didn't want to risk anything happening. I took it in cwars shortly after. The potions are what was left after i completed it - was shocked how much better Void was as opposed to Veracs. I was 70 defence, 70 range, 70 prayer when i went in. Im now 74k to 74 ranged - cost me over 2million for 250k range xp :o I can finally cross this out in my signature and crack on with getting a torso. Post if you like :D

Im assuming the smithing is from superheat? Pretty nice if it is. I did superheat for like 70 mage and couldn't bare it any longer. Goodluck on firecape :P Im hoping to get one soon. :pray:

Why not just use controlled and get them all at the same time? People argue that getting 99 strength followed by the rest makes it faster, but im no convinced it does. Getting 99 strength, then 99 attack, then 99 defence will seem alot more daunting then just using a controlled whip attack and getting them all at the same time.

Green Drags are normally quite busy. Dagganoths are also another spot but its multi and a popular luring spot im told - same with bandits. Try out a few spots with no gear on and check out for yourself.

My stats are in my signature, i have 55 slayer and void melee/range - not mage :| I've no been in a while, so can someone pot a decent gear set-up and inventory? Im pretty sure i still know what method to kill the brothers, just a set up would be nice.

You're still friends with Sdn30? On my old account i was friends with him for years, then he got the whole 'im a rich kid' attitude and i eventually lost interest and assumed he quit. Congratz on 99 Slayer :thumbsup:

I got members almost immediately when i started RS. I found Tip.It before i even created an Rs account, so just from browsing and with the help of the Tip.It Fansite i was able to find the answers to any questions i had.

When the Tyras helm first came out, i saw people swapping all sorts of items for them... No one knew how to get them, so people just assumed they were rare.

Hmm, it appears the anti 76king update has caused everything in Runescape to crash...

Yeah, i was just curious... I thought maybe it was some bug due to the update as we've so many bugs occur due to updates. Guess not ;p

I was just in GE and a few people were saying those with 99 prayer and bypass the trade limit with other 99 prayer players... This must sound like a noob question, but can they? Proof would be nice
