Or skilling. Skilling could use a bit of a touch-up.

Then what is it? I'm just going off of the ~10 years of being told that every time someone brought up clue scrolls. edit: in the sense that it's "don't like, don't play" and usually follows through on that promise - forcing it for a high-end slayer task breaks that balance.

Am I the only one who's wondering how they'll add the tasks in? Buying access like you would with glacors/nihil/TDs would probably be ideal, since just adding them to the lists kind of spits in the face of the idea that wilderness content is optional.

A Soul's Bane was the one with Tolna, right? That's a quest I'd love to see them revisit in some way; great concept and even better execution (especially for 2006), but it's probably up there with The Fishing Contest in terms of being forgettable. Still, a "twisted version" of that quest would be perfect.

And a fair few of the updates we did get had some pretty unforgivable flaws... like the shards for the new achievement capes holding your bank/inventory spaces hostage until you can finish them, without the option to just toggle them off.

[Update] Death's Door - Halloween Event
You know, it wouldn't be so bad if you weren't denied points when the ghosts force you out of combat a tick before they die, even if you had been fighting them since the start.

Rare drops for upgrading old gear, wilderness content, stacking high-end updates on the same level as everything else. The trifecta! Why not 94 or 96+ for the slayer level requirement? Not a nice clean number like 95 but it'll help break the emptiness up a bit.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Biology courses require it and various statistics courses, I believe. I want to say it's the same with Psychology.

Post all RS Screenshots, Videos, and Sounds here!
Everyone else is maxing or comping or trimming and I'm just sitting here thinking "This is the moment that my entire scaping career was leading up to, everything else is just fluff"

What book are you currently reading?
Reread Jurassic Park on a whim, since Crichton basically dominated my high school years and I've only barely touched him since. [spoiler=rant] I'm not sure what changed since then, but this time I found myself rooting for the dinosaurs. I liked Ian Malcolm at 17, at 22 I want to punch him... His character essentially spends the first half of the book saying "I don't know how or when it's going to fail and I can't tell you how to prevent it, but it's painfully obvious that it will." to saying I-told-you-so while he's about to be eaten by raptors. I can't even really say that he's the kind of character who gets away with being a dick because he's right, because nothing he says has any value. He's just smug. I mean, the moral he so eloquently delivers is supposed to be "just because you can doesn't mean you should"... But basically all of the problems are presented as being easily preventable, or the result of active sabotage. A better message would be "If you're going to do something big, don't half-ass it" or, even better, "let that team of experts you hired do their jobs." It's kind of interesting to see that his habit of making later books a vehicle for the message at the expense of plot goes back this far. Thinking of getting into Terry Pratchett. Anything I should know/what should I start with?
