It took them about ~2-4 days total to respond to my mod resignation, half to be told that the method they finalized a month before was wrong, half for them to follow through once I did it again the "right" way. Never mind that it took a lot of digging to find the 'wrong' one, because nobody told the mod team how the support page would be redesigned, in spite of the fact that the resignation system was changed to reflect that redesign... So yeah, not too bad :twss:
