Cryogonal's 5% in winter and has pretty good SpA and Speed. Don't expect it to survive a physical attack though.

Get a grass type for the ground leader, and when you get to Twist Mountain (After the flying gym) you can get Cryogonal.

I read their FAQ on it, and apparently they haven't actually started that promotion yet. I was looking around the website and didn't find anything on it. I think it was on the Global Link site, one of the links along the bottom is for help with the DW, and one of the questions was about why people weren't getting their Eeveelutions.

Would have to agree here. What's the point of going out and earning, say, elite armor when you can buy a better set? On the other hand, what's the problem with buying a useless yet pretty hat with real cash? They've already pretty much done it with that flagstaff, all that's left is for them to do it honestly. Selling existing items or gold would probably destroy the economy by way of hyperinflation, unless the money was sold by players. It would be like what's happening now, but with legitimacy.

I'd think this trumps just about everything else on the thread.

How many 0's are there in that number? I find it hard to believe it doesn't fit into the Universe, especially when we don't even know the full extent of the Universe. What is this statement based on? We've got a pretty good idea of how big it probably is, something like 13-14 billion light years. I'm pretty sure Wepon is involved in physics somehow, whether as a student or in whatever field uses it, he can say more. The Hubble Space Telescope's taken a pretty mind blowing image related to that though, of galaxies 13 billion light years away, meaning that we can see that area as it existed 13 billion years ago, and part of the way that we can tell the age of the universe is because light from farther hasn't had time to reach Earth yet. Really, anything about space is going to be amazing/mind-blowing/etc. Spend an afternoon wiki-walking through astronomy articles, it's very fun. Of course, I'm not an expert, so I might not be correct about this. A googol would be 10 x 10, 100 times, and with my limited knowledge of math, I'm guessing that a googolplex is 10 times itself googol times. I'm not sure that last bit is gramatically sound, but whatever.

I'm beginning to think the biggest problem with both sides is that neither will shut up about the other. Could just agree to disagree, would save everyone else the time of having to read through it on every thread that pops up about the topic (Which, unfortunately, is a lot).

Dream World's up. As for the Candle... My one problem with it was that by the time I got it, I had Darmanitan as pretty much the deadliest thing on my team. When I did finally pick it up it was because I wanted a ghost for the E4, and it took a lot of training to get Litwick to level 39. Fun fact: If you scrap half your team before the E4, you'll be underleveled :razz:

Charizard has a niche as a belly drum sweeper. Stealth rocks (And now, competition from Darmanitan's insane attack stat and lack of 4x weakness, pretty sure its ability gives around the same boost as Blaze) kills it, but if you can get it set up it destroys pretty much everything. Blastoise could probably work thanks to Rapid Spin, and will probably see some use because of Rain Dish, and I think Venusaur was UU in 4th gen. Typhlosion has the fastest eruption in the game, I've heard good things from speculation about Sheer Force Tyranitar. Meganium has been depressing since G/S in game, let alone in the metagame. Blaziken's a beast thanks to Speed Boost (Wasn't there something about him being moved to Ubers?), Sceptile is supposed to be a fairly good sweeper (Presumably better now thanks to Unburden: Doubled speed off a pinch berry? Yes please), and Swampert saw a lot of use in 4th (Translation: Hope your Jolteon has HP:grass). Thinking the only generation that was really a disappointment in terms of starters is the current one. Samurott looks like the only one with a decent competitive movepool, but he's slow. Emboar is slower and can't outclass infernape or Blaziken (He has a lot of recoil attacks and Reckless, but one head smash gets him to lower than half health. He's not surviving much after that even if his [cabbage]ty speed and defenses let him get one off at all). Serperior's only use is sweeping with Contrary, and that isn't out yet, not to mention he only gets two special attack types (Four physical). O course, I'm not playing 5th gen competitive yet, this is all speculation.

It's funny, everyone's been complaining about trolls for so long, then when they finally do figure out what to do about them, the complaints are worse. Did Jagex infiltrate the highest ranks of TIF or something? Or is there a "he who fights monsters" kind of thing going on?

Tales of Vesperia has a leaderboard feature. The top ten or so ranks on time it took to clear the game is 0 seconds. That's right, with enough practice, YOU TOO could finish a 40 hour JRPG instantly! Similarly, the top scores for the arena in that game are less than 1 second each, all with the same character. Her attack animations are all longer than that, and it takes the enemies longer to spawn.

Hooray, people are finally catching on about it :razz: . Family Guy is garbage in every sense of the word. ... OT: Looking for a report for a sociology class, topic has to be either crime or race. Started with race, but I'd either like to work with biology, history, or statistics, and can't really do any of those without either looking racist, having Google's search remind me that it's racist, or finding something that totally *is* racist. And apparently no sociologists have published something about the origin of race as a social construct. Crime is more promising, lots of statistics, but looking into crimes on college campuses, and most of the hits are colleges boasting about how safe they are. TL:DR: Sociology annoys the hell out of me. This is merely another example of why.
