I don't think so, Jagex won't give F2Ps a skill just like that, maybe they will null the effect of the combat on F2P, so a level 138 in members will appear as a level 126 in F2P EDIT: If you can notice, there is a pet store in Yanille; which is a members place. but there aren't any stores in f2p places

It's F2P, a great place to buy stuff without standing 1 hour saying the same thing. It is north-west of varrock west bank, you'll see a road and an Icon in the map of a hand holding some coins

barrows is great for blood runes, if not kill ankous, but I suggest more barrows

No, since the runes you get are random, you can not make profit, but it's the faster way to train rc
