Okay, I see. But sometimes, we do need to think for only ourselves, with our interests as a priority. But I agree we should be like minded and support one another. It would solve a lot of global issues.

Personally, I believe that most people take for granted their lives, but the fact that you suggest we think nothing is going on is ludicris. Quite sorry, but you sir have merited the :roll: emoticon, combined with a :ohnoes: with a fresh hint of :-s . Do you understand the concept of bond energy being retained within the molecules of our body at all? Do understand how we use the energy from the food we eat? Take a biology class for Christ's sake, or rethink what you're saying for a second. Please, for your own sake, listen in biology class when you take it. The energy is still in your body when you die.. in the ATP, in the sucrose, trigclycerides (sp?), in the cells... it's retained in the bond energy of every last molecule. Do you think that as soon as someone dies, *poof*, all the energy in their body is gone? Disregarding the fact that that's completely illogical in matters of physics... if that were true, how the heck would carnivores that kill their prey be able to survive? Why would decomposers eat our remains if there was no useable energy there? Understand? The energy is still in your body when you die, in the nutrients, being used into your very last breath. It doesn't dissappear, it doesn't all just leave the body. It's still in their, ready to be used in the Circle of Life. You've watched the Lion King, havn't you :P ? You completely missed the point of my post... You say ,"why would decomposers eat our remains if we have no energy left?" Why do we eat food? It doesn't walk. It doesn't breathe. If I understood what you wrote, are humans, when they die, able to get up and walk away, if they still have energy? Are we just in a coma? We don't have to eat things alive to get energy. We process food into energy. They process us into energy. We don't have to have energy inside of us for other things to get energy from eating us. Err... or it just goes to da decomposers :-k . It's not destroyed, it simply reenters the life cycle. No magic there. When you die, you don't have energy anymore. If you still had energy, you wouldn't of died. Decomposers may turn your flesh into energy, but your body has no energy left in it. And a soul is basically figurative for anyone that isn't Christian. And how is it illogical to force a soul the energy argument? That energy has to go somewhere, but where? If you are Christian, you believe to heaven. But it may just discharge into the air. Or, in rare cases, maintain a form, explaining ghosts. And if everything loses energy when it dies, than theoretically, they do have souls. kelem_ryu, that's basically what I said. Disperse is going off to anywhere(I think), discharge is to get rid of.
