I'll do it for you :P Attack + strength + defence + range xp = 57.6million (56.7m / 1.33) * 4 = 17million. Your hitpoints is 20.1million, so the other 3million must have came from mage attacks. Did you alch/enchant about 5million of the total mage xp? If you did, you have'nt pest controlled. Well, I have used pest control for hitpoints, and used cannon for range. + most of my mage exp is from attacks.

Lunar has some spells that I use at times, but it's a bit inconvenient. 15. Do you range with bow & arrow, knives, or darts? Crystal bow I guess. I'm 99 ranged now.. so I only range really when dking or something. 16. Whats your favorite kind of quest? Easy, Medium, Hard, or Very hard? Very hard. Even harder ideally than what has been released so far. 17. Do you PC for your combat skills? I only pced a bit when I trained melee. 18. Whats your favorite potion? (can be ANY potion) Pretty close between prayer and super attack.. 19. Wheres your favorite place to fish? I don't fish. 20. Finally, how do you raise prayer? Pc, Gilded Altar, Ecto, or just burying bones? Gilded altar ftw.

Meh I usually have mine on, which is apparently weird for a high lvl but I guess I'm not as popular as people like Wakka :P However I turn it off when I'm dking or something similar, or when I just don't want to be bothered.

Yes! I noticed that too, mainly from dag kings and I was going to say the drops that they give clues with, but you already have it. Wonder why Jagex made clues drop that way :-k

is thta really true? cause my % of fat is like 13%... and also wuts parkoru mean? Yeah, can't see the abs unless there's pretty much no fat there. Parkour is free running

The "His Dark Materials" or whatever it was called by Phillip Pullman are good books.

Having low body fat is just as important as actually having good abs for getting a 6-pack.
