Yes you can say that, and no you would not be arrested for it. Err. Yeah, you would be arrested. It's a death threat. Those are illegal. As is burning a flag in the USA. Actually it's not. Congress has tried to make it illegal a number of times, but it's been overturned or denied by the Supreme Court on every occasion. Since the Supreme Court says flag burning is protected by the first and fourteenth amendments, congress have tried to introduce a Flag Desecration Amendment a number of times (most recently in 2006), but it never passed. Wow, you live in Scotland and you know all that? Jeez... And flag burning in the USA isn't illegal. But that doesn't make it good. EDIT: My head is woozy.

Alright. Well I recently got over my crush (or so I thought) and started enjoying life and was not worried about what she did and who she was dating and stuff, even though he is an incredible douchebag. Well I realized I was not completely over her when she seemed pretty down, and then i realized she had broken up with her boyfriend. I want to help her, but only if she's willing to accept it and listen. Other than that, I do not know what to do, because honestly I am stuck in between all this, a part of me wants to help her and another part doesn't. Advice would be awesome. Thanks

The reason some Americans take flag burning so seriously is the fact that it's been around for almost 3 centuries and has been a symbol of our country for all that time. Everyone has different opinions on this. It's pretty ridiculous that they're assuming their correct, also.

Biking helps your legs AND is a cardio workout, it basically builds stamina just as well as running. And if you're wheezing after FIVE MILES, I wouldn't blame you. I'm definitely in shape but I know for a fact I can't bike for five miles.

I don't really care for AILD but he seems very nice. Though I am an Agnostic (or somewhat like that), I completely respect what this guy said. He may just play heavy metal music, but everyone isn't always how they seem (that's a duh).\

Stop buying from Aeropostale. Go to places like H&M mens or American Apparel. You're going to find a lot more higher quality shorts and linen shorts for a cheaper price than Aeropostale. They also fit better and don't scream, "Pretentious frat boy." Yeah, Levis are becoming rarer and rarer. They don't stock the 511s anymore. Its hard to find. I get 511's from Tillys.com. I actually need to buy a few more pairs. Great jeans, very comfortable.
