Have you ever seen the mage pures with the lower lvls? They're like them except they have a higher magic or range lvl because they do not Melee. That should help... I think

This is normal, I've seen plenty of lvl 3's in Shilo, and they are not bots either, I've spoken to them before. Some lvl 3s are very skilled in killing monsters without fists :P

I love to do quests, but I prefer skilling more because it entertains me, and also benefits me :D
