It's great for rune pures and up, but lower pures will get owned by it, seeing as their defense is low and the Knights decrease that when they atk :P The best I got to was the 124 :D

F2P should get some updates, and I think this is good for them to have fun with and stuff. Personally I'd like it in Falador more because of World 2 and how people will drop so many things there *dreams of one day of getting a whip for free*
