My advice is don't trust anyone in the game, maybe except for people you are personally close to and very trustworthy. That guy was probably upset that his little plan didn't work. Your intelligent that you didn't give it to him. :wink:

I've only had broadband for like a year now, and 56k modem isn't that bad, only just when the game is loading up for the first, it takes 5 mins. After that, lag didn't really affect me that much while playing.

Most I have ever had was 4.5mil.

I haven't noticed any difference. :? EDIT: On another note, I've tested out shanty pass, it's still the same, message still comes up along with shanty disclaimer. =/

Before the 'Rum Deal' quest came out, I was expecting a grand pirate adventure, where you would sail to a tropical island with rope brigdes and go into a skull cave to get some treasure, while in there you would fight hordes of undead pirates. That would be real fun. What did we get? A quest island where we just had to make some rum for a pirate. Seriously, Jagex need to research these things before making boring quests.

I just have the one, I can't concentrate with more. I did have a f2p noob char, but got bored playing with it. If there was a 'trade between your own accounts' thing, then I would have 3-4 chars concentrating on certain skills (which I know will never happen).

I hope a game update will follow up from this... :roll: Don't flame me, I am patient. :wink:

Reading SDK's story really makes me want to travel back in time and play RS when it just started out.

I'm usually in the fishing guild, fishing sharks for like 1-2 hours a day and I'm doing it all legitimitly, I just hope they don't ban me fot that, seeing that is a skill I like to train on.

I was fishing in the fishing guild and the sandwich lady popped up and she said choose a bread roll. But I didn't know what a bread roll was, so I chose anything that looked like bread and I chose the baguette (it looked bread roll-ish to me and she teleported me out then RS crashed and then I started RS up again hoping I wasn't in the wildy (I had my santa hat on as well so kinda freaking out). Then I realised I was on the outskirts of Ardounge. Phew! But sandwich lady is still stupid, it could at least say what the objects are!

Maybe it's because the obby shield has the str bonus, so damage is way more noticable than just a few defense points.

Um why? Not much sense of an achievment for me.

Fighting monsters (Combat+Slayer) and Fishing mostly. Moslty resource collecting. I find barrows and PKing too hard, though I would do them if it wasn't so hard.

LOL!! I was actualy thinking about this today at work: "Hmm, I wonder if anyone is sad enough to actualy sell a real party hat on eBay". :lol: I was kinda thinking about doing it to and sell it it for ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã10... :oops: :P
