Now Mountain Dew, that's disgusting. Not really, but it's horribly unhealthy. Did I mention I'm living out of a vending machine at the moment? I moved back into my dorm room a couple days early to avoid driving in bad weather, but I can't get into the cafeteria until tomorrow night. I also don't have much money, so going out to eat isn't going to work. Luckily I live directly over the vending machines that have hot pockets and frozen dinners.

Tbh all that talk about Dr. Pepper made me go and buy one cause I wanted one so much.

Oh I am, that one was just the first one I applied for (sent first application in back in October, talk about a long hiring process :shock: )and the first I've heard back from. Next application isn't due until February 8th, so that's what I'm working on now. If that one falls through, then I'll think about getting a real job. :razz:

Anyway, time to focus all my efforts on my next plan, which will be just as awesome if I get it, but it's also competitive, so I'm crossing my fingers.

I'm pretty sure the highscore points are the total honor points you've ever earned in that role. Especially since your highscore doesn't increase when you're earning exp potential and not honor points.

:razz: It's a trade secret. I can't do it all the time, especially at the earlier levels, but I CAN do it. I really should write that guide, but then again I've never written a guide before, it might ruin my chances at staying in the top 1000 defenders, and I don't really want to take the work to find a team willing to sit around and watch me make my guide with pics and stuff.

I hate it when Jagex explains things so vaguely... Yeah, it means you can fill it while it's in your bank. To use it, you must actually be wielding it. If I remember correctly, the inscription on the horn tells you that.

I'm a fan of dancing if you know how. And not club/rave loud music banging in your ears kind of dancing. I'm talking ballroom dancing. Waltz and swing are my personal favs. It may seem a bit strange or cliche, depending on your perspective, but try it once and see if you still see it that way after holding each other in your arms and staring into each other's eyes as you glide across the floor. Take time to talk and flirt on dance breaks (or even while dancing), and you have the perfect date. Just don't step on her toes. :razz:

Best use I've heard yet. Definitely gonna try this. Oh yeah, that reminds me. Doesn't it seem really silly that the set effect for a minigame in which you are not allowed to use prayer restores prayer? Not that everything that Jagex does makes sense, but that seems a little out of whack.

I found my complaint with this update: You don't get high score points when charging up your horn, only when collecting honor points. I know this might be obvious to some, but it wasn't for me, and it really kind of disappointing and makes me sad. :sad:

BA has never been dead. There are always people on world 6 playing and looking for a team. Now the games room, that's dead.

Defender is practically the easiest if you know what you're doing in my opinion. Of course, I'm also ranked in the top 1000 defenders, so my opinion is most likely inconsistent with the majority. I just finished getting the armour set and I think I'm gonna pass on the trident for now and get it later, so I'm going to switch into gathering potential on my horn tomorrow, and then get some data on training agility with it.

I've never liked nor found helpful the random assignment room at all. I find it much easier to go wave one waiting room and either advertise what role you want to be or find a team looking for your role. Sure, you still get some horrible pairings, but you're much more likely to find a competent team then through random assignment. Standard procedure is to trade the leader of a team you want to be on to signal your interest, and they will in turn use their scroll on you.

High gamble appears to be of even less value then it was before. Before I used to get stuff like 50-60 teak or mahogany planks, or like 20k cash or something. So far I've gotten 4 strawberry seeds for one gamble and 3 emeralds for another. Granted, it only costs 30 points now, but still, my queen kill should be worth more than that.

A lot. Lol Someone posted earlier that he had done two full rounds (20 waves) and it was "nearly a quarter full." To the above post: Just a minor correction, the multiple thieving thing applies to ALL pickpocketable NPCs, the ones shown in the knowledge base are just examples, you can derive the formula pretty easily from them to calculate it for any NPC.

Lol the master horn is awesome. It allows you to easily show what you are lvl 5 in with the emote, love that feature, no more typing to advertise my mastery of healing and defending. Only one more lvl to go for attacker too! I'm also glad that high gamble points went down so much, though since it still needs a queen kill I won't be using it for quite some time. It'll be great for when I'm gathering potential on the horn, however. One or two waves to get points to high gamble, the rest to store potential then use queen kill to high gamble.

I'm sorry, but that was hilarious. I hope you don't plan on kissing a girl you just asked out, however. That should at least wait until the date, shouldn't it? :razz:

You might as well just say that the entire universe and all existence and actions were decided for all time the moment it was set in motion because everything anyone or anything does is a result of a logical process. Put simply, I refuse to believe this. Also, anything can be made out to be self-serving, that does not mean it is meant to be. By my definition, that is not a motive. That would qualify as a side-effect, one which may or may not be anticipated. I also believe that the only reason you find everything to be self-serving is because you start from the assumption that everything is self-serving. If you believe everything is self-serving you are very likely to find your own belief to be true rather than some other possible alternative.

I used to hate the defender role, then I read a guide on it once that I thought was posted on this forum, but I can't seem to find it. That guide makes defender almost the easiest role ever. Maybe sometime I'll find the time and write a new guide replicating the strategy. Anyhow, I still haven't gotten on to play it, but I must say I'm looking forward to camping at BA for quite sometime! My favorite minigame, and now I have something to work for.

Two full rounds as in all 10 waves? And hopefully that just means you can store a ton of exp on it? Because I don't think it has to be full before you can start using it.
