  1. Show me proof that homosexuality isn't a choice. I don't know how you're supposed to "choose" what turns you on. :?

Might as well have policemen armed with nightsticks only then. No, knives are actually pretty lethal. ;) Again, you fail to see my point. If you agree that murder occurs without guns then why do you target guns only? You are the one who keeps repeating that we're talking about guns - not violence. You can say that, and I can say criminals like to look before they leap. It's not like criminals try to rob the bank with pens because they are readily available. Hmm looks like our commonsenses collide. No, your refutes can be refuted with "there are differences between societies". 1 is to 2 as A is to B. Your statistics are just like mine since we both don't see them as refutes to our arguments. There you go again criticizing me about getting off track then doing so yourself. Baseball bat =/= Knife Knife wounds are far more lethal because of blood loss and such. Plus knives are easily concealed, etc. Yeah, if you are talking about intentional murders then you are correct. Robberies aren't planned out? Hmm? I hope it would work with America. The only problem is that our cultures are completely different. It's not like we can start over from scratch. The economy, media, black market, government, gangs, etc. are all factors contributing to the problem. Just reducing it is winning a battle - not the war. Sorry and say I don't have a soul or whatever you will, but as a normal guy I don't see a few statistics changing as an answer to our prayers at all. I believe that there are even better ideas somewhere out there to prevent unnecessary deaths. I'm trying to talk big here. :?:
  3. You need 70 Prayer to bless a grave anyways so 1.5k Xp really isn't a big deal.
  4. An inconvenience store.
  5. BoilingPee :ohnoes:
  6. Double the amount of rares in the game? No thank you. That would just augment the problem.
  7. I think it should have been on the hi scores a long time ago. If they put mini games on there, why not quests too? I support.
  8. I support because it gives players an incentive to fix graves.
  9. I never got the idea behind church and worship. If God created our world, wouldn't he want us to enjoy it to the fullest instead of wasting our time extolling him and reciting the same verses over and over again?
  10. Yet people still name the same eight or ten shades when they are asked what their favorite is.
  11. You already proved that you aren't what Jagex is looking for. :|
  12. And when you ask someone their favorite color everyone chooses from red, blue, green, yellow, black, white, orange, purple, and pink. Silver and teal. U lose/10. I've got things I want to do, but not any resolutions. I set goals not self-ultimatums. Well he forgot to mention a few too so my one-tenth of a loss is canceled out. ;) My point was that people are obviously going to pick the same things over and over.
  13. Exactly. The discontinuation transfers from the crackers to the hats. My definition of discontinued would be something that has a definite limit. Since crackers are in short supply and we can never increase that supply ever - then the hats are the same story.
  14. Well animals have homosexual sex all the time - but at the most, they can only be considered bisexual since they have hetero sex as well. I'd have to agree that being gay is unnatural, but I don't think that could be used as an argument as to if it can be considered wrong or not.
  15. Good point. Everyone is different so it just seems futile to compare. However, if it was something important like school then I would try to figure out the differences myself and make my son/daughter try to have the same mentality as the one who turns in their work - just for that particular aspect. For example, if my son doesn't turn in his work because he is on RS too much and my daughter does because she doesn't play RS then I'd tell him that he can only play after his work is done.
  16. Okay thanks everyone. Charter it is. \

You distinguish the difference between the problem and the counter to the problem, but you don't agree with the counter? Maybe you got things backwards. That doesn't dismiss the fact that pens are crappy weapons and knives aren't. The difference between a knife and a gun are not nearly as substantial as the difference between a pen and a knife. Thanks for bringing up reasons for committing murder without even mentioning guns. :D Now you see where I'm coming from. Or better yet - the future which can sometimes be predicted by studying the past and present. And I've been over this. If someone chooses a knife rather than a gun then they are picking a less lethal weapon, correct? That means their intentions of murdering aren't as strong as the person who picked the gun. When guns aren't an option though, knives will move up in the pedestal and the more serious criminals will be using them and trying to make them fulfill their intentions. It's really just commonsense. Ok, neither do yours. Don't mind me. Just using an extreme and absurd analogy to further my point. I thought that was okay. This is irrelevant. Again, we're talking about the homicide problem. My point is that if someone is trying to murder someone then they obviously have the intent to do so. Give them a less lethal weapon, and if they really want to kill you, they will just try harder to make the ends justify the means. You keep bringing up the people who aren't the ones that have anything to do with the homicide problem. I know that not every gun wielder killed someone before. I told you there is a difference between self-defense and homicide. Not everyone's intentions for having guns are the same - but for those who try to kill their victims they are all aiming for the same thing - a successful murder. Switzerland has tons of gun owners. So does America. Gun crime in America is far far far more prevalent than in Switzerland. That means it comes down to society not the lethality of the weapons. This is what I'm talking about when I say there are other factors to this homicide issue other than guns. Maybe there is more of a reason to commit crime in America than Switzerland. How do you suggest we fix that? And as I've pointed out, that has little to do with the guns and more to do with the differences in societies. A.) Criminals will always get guns unless you do something revolutionary to fix that. So far no good. Again, I'm not being cynical - just being realistic. B.) Without guns citizens cannot defend themselves as effectively.* Come on now. You can't have the best of both worlds. Either say guns aren't as lethal as you claim they are or say that they really are that lethal - meaning they are effective for self-defense.
  18. Lol, nice. Very catchy and it fits perfectly. =D>
  19. I'd like to know how to get to the Sal[bleep]er Ogre Spring as fast as I can. I hate walking from Castle Wars... Thanks. :D
  20. Train Slayer while you're getting 99 Strength. You only need four levels so if you end up with like 3 you can just get a Summoning level with the extra charms you got.
  21. I agree. I think Mining and Smithing are both due for an update too.
  22. Tell them to go sit on a bronze arrow... Oh wait - they aren't noobs so they have a high enough level to sit on a rune one instead. ;)
