  3. Steelers. My prediction is based on the fact that they are the closest team to my hometown. :)
  4. There are too many easy quests, but that's it.
  5. If recognition is really what it's all about, isn't there still the hi scores for that purpose?
  6. Sounds like you're talking about drugs the way you said it. Anyways, I had a Giga-Pet or whatever those things are called. I forgot to feed it so it kept dying, I kept resurrecting it and tried again. I remember Pokemon Cards too. People would always judge you based on how big your deck was.
  7. Well, at least back then they didn't have the drama that the internet and media cause. Now most of us always have a method of communication (phone, texting, internet) so we are dealing with more people. I think less stimuli in your life creates less stress. Also, the Romans lived to be about 30 but I don't see how their life expectancy would add any stress to their lives. If you are talking about getting diseases and injuries left and right then I guess you're right since that does count as stimuli. I don't see life expectancy as something to stress about though.
  8. I hate accidentally making friends with people who break all of the rules. Too much drama. Plus they try to make you do it too. lol
  9. I want this is except I want it to be a man's shoe.. :uhh:: If that doesn't work out for me then: And if that doesn't then looks like I'm walking.
  10. It's not a book - it's the internet. You can edit something you type on the internet but you can't edit a book. Also, the only thing that belongs to you are your own posts so you can do whatever you like with them. I don't see how a thread would belong to you though. The purpose of editing is to fix mistakes and remove unwanted material. If every player was given the option to edit the posts of others, it would cause more problems than it would fix.
  11. Depends on the approach of how you train them. Prayer can easily be the most expensive if using the bones that give the most Xp in the game. Construction can be the most expensive if you build using mahogany. Or it can be Summoning if you plan on bursting to get your charms. On average, I'd say people put most of their money with Construction, because by raising your level you will be tempted to buy those cool expensive things for your house. It's a money sink.
  12. Festivus and Valentines.
  13. They are just as necessary in terms of usefulness as quests and skills. Plus like others stated, they help RS become a funner game.
  14. ^^ I can understand that supply and demand is what puts the cash into a doctor's pocket in the first place but is there anything implying that he should be entitled to keep all of it and not pay taxes proportional to his earnings?

I don't see how neither but I'm not going to dismiss the first poster's testimony just for arguments sake. That's why I'm against breastfeeding in public. Because obviously it is something people can lose their appetite over. I'd rather her cover herself successfully or do it where no one can see and attention won't be attracted.
  16. This is actually where I think religion came from when you look at what it tries to teach you about morality. Supposedly you are rewarded (heaven, karma, etc.) for being a good person, but I think that reward is just really the metaphoric version of the world becoming a better place. By being a good person you make the world a better place. Everyone in their right mind wants the world to be a better place - and having your own role in making it a better place should give you an even greater feeling. So you are rewarding yourself by being a nice person.

When you squeeze out a baby, you'll be dam proud too. And it's just a breast. We all know what they look like, no need to get up in arms when a mother breast feeds her baby. No one is getting up in arms - some people just don't think nudity is appropriate in a dining atmosphere. Refer to the first post. We're talking about losing your appetite by seeing something you didn't want to see. And I know it's just a breast. It's also just one area (restaurants) that I don't think women should be breastfeeding at. We can play the "it's not a big deal" game back and forth.

Is the person who feels too uncomfortable from seeing a mother feed her baby not supposed to eat just because the mother doesn't feel like moving? Oh and for the record, all of you saying, "You should be happy when a woman shows herself naked," these are mothers we're talking about. Most of them really aren't that hot since most moms are in their midlife.
  20. 10788 I just realized that the meaning of life is for us to reach 0 in this thread. I should have realized it sooner. :o
  21. No, I would keep it. I hated shouting what I was selling/buying in banks for hours on end. That was the worst part about RS.
  22. That's what I was looking for - honesty is much more admirable than self-proclamations of "goodwill".
