Let's say you kill a monster with 100 Hp. That's 400 Str Xp per AFK session. Now compare that to how much Xp you get from one Fletching, Cooking, Woodcutting, Crafting, Herblore, Fishing, or Smithing AFK session.

I respect 99 Strength much more than 99 Fletching. The reason so many people have it is because it's much more useful than a lot of other skills.

It should be a personal choice, but I do agree that it should be banned from public places. I don't think the government should have any say-so at all when it comes to your personal choices - given that the choices you make don't negatively effect others.

I do think the visible +10 Hp bonus is definitely a possibility. Look at the Ogre Spas. One of the spa boosts your HP temporary by a couple of levels. Now just imagine an armor with an ability to boost it even higher. The Hitpoints Cape can boost it by one extra level, so maybe we can have armor that boosts it by even more and they can stack. :D

Yews would get you 99 Firemaking faster, but it would also get you 99 Woodcutting a lot slower. If you decide to do yews, I would wait until about 90 WC.

These are the most efficient methods for F2P: Woodcutting - Cutting willows at Draynor Firemaking - Burning the willows you cut Fishing - Fish lobs at Karamja and use the cabbage tele to bank at Draynor Cooking - Cook the lobs you fished

Cheapest would be to pick flax and spin it to make Bow Strings and then selling them. You'd make a nifty profit off that. The fastest would be to buy Green D Hides and make Vambs out of them but it's a bit expensive.
