Approval is simply a percentage that goes down when: 1. A day goes by it goes down 1 percent 2. You kill a citizen of the kingdom it goes down 10 percent 3. You steal from the kingdom's stalls/citizen it goes down 10 percent And it raises differently depending on the resource the ones I usually do is maples which go up either .33% to 1%, or coal (acts like maples), or teaks/mahogany which give 1%+ (These were all guesstimations so don't hate me if I'm wrong). Edit: about how much money it takes out: it takes out 10% of the gp in there UP TO 75k if you have doen royal trouble (or whatever the second quest in the series is called), or 50k if you've only done kingdom of miscellania. So if you put in 1.5m they'll take 75k gp away for 11 days then it'll go down.

So far on the list I have To buy: rune pick rune axe whip dds d scim rune xbow neitiznot helm torag set rune set black d'hide set glory ammy x 20 To collect/make: 5000 monkfish 100+ ppots/super restores 100+ super sets/combat pots 50+ games necklace 50+ duel rings I'm unsure of how many runes I would actually need, and I think I can avoid range for a bit while I make some bolts myself. But is there really anything wrong with the list or am I missing something I need to "function" once again?

What difference is there between the two other than one goes on your head and the other your hand? Which one would be preferred, and which one looks better (because that's what it looks like it'll come down to, so maybe in game shots of it please?) Edit: thanks for all the help on the omni tiara/staff question, I'll definitely go for tiara when the time comes. thanks ~allmonkey EDIT: okay so before I went on hiatus from RS I sold pretty much everything (save a few quest items, untradeables, and odd bits and pieces) so now that I want to come back and play what should I buy/collect in order to become "functional" again. I'll probably only buy armor and weapons and try to collect/make everything else. To give an idea of how long I've been technically gone is about the time bank tabs were introduced. On the second set neither are correct because you would two verbs because of the "to," and if you ignore that both are correct although create different meanings. On the cake sentences if you remove the on some of the ones that makes them correct, but by themselves the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, and 8th are correct I think. The 2nd and 6th would be correct if you remove "the." And most of those have completely different meanings context wise. Edit: @above I forgot to look at the punctuation, and the comments on 2nd and 6th work in the case he used.

No one has really told me how difficult it actually is to light all 14 beacons, and no one has really said how often the burn effect goes, but thanks for the help anyway

It's generally useful for fighting things with really high defence. Personally I've used it for Kalphite Queen, the higher level shades in shades of morton, some fun dueling, and pretty much any other monster that has high defence and I could actually fight with it on (ie not dragons).

I was wondering if this is actually a useful replacement for a dragon wc axe and if it's fairly easy to get IF you have the firemaking levels to get it (realizes I'm 10 levels or so below)? I would namely like to hear opinions on it as well. rune xbow + emerald bolts maybe... idk if you never been now is as good of a time if any, or you can just burthrope it and take a hit to slayer points. If you want to save that till you get a higher ranging level (which i wouldn't blame you if you did) I think yaks or ogres will be fine, but i got to 70 range with slayer tasks and then to 80 with dust devils and the occasional slayer task (never got a chain if you wonder).

As usual it really depends on how much you're willing to spend. Yaks and knives were rather big before I went on hiatus, but there really is nothing wrong with what you're doing now since you're raising slayer with ranging anyway, and you'll probably get just as bored killing the same weak thing then w/e slayer monster is assigned to you anyway.

Well actually I got the recovery disk to work all the way through. Yet again while I was updating everything to back to current days, the hard drive went crazy during the XP service pack 2 update, and simply put my laptop is no more. (The problem with the disk not running through was caused from a power error of some type according to one of the computer people). So thanks for all the help *goes back to looking for a new laptop*

I've been at the point of wiping the harddrive (that's what the recovery disk does), but the thing is the recovery disk hasn't been able to finish because it always has an application error. I didn't hesitate as much when starting the process because I have nothing important on the laptop so I don't mind having to reinstall all my usual programs. If you guys are wondering about anything else I'll try to figure it.

I tried that originally, but at this point the computer can't make it that far without crashing. That's why I've been forced to run the Restore disc that came with the laptop originally.

My toshiba laptop has been dying out on me constantly so it was suggested to use the recovery dvd that came with it (the one that erases everything then installs the factory stuff). However, every time the cd is running I get an error message and the program aborts itself. First attempt I got 70% done, but at this point I can't even get 10% done. Nothing is working, and I want my laptop to work. Model is Toshiba Satellite M35-S359. Any help is appreciated.

I believe your only real choices are gnome then barb (at the levels stated by other people above) and then karajama collecting tickets. Wildy course is crazy now, no access to monkey, and werewolf i think takes too much trouble to get there, pyramid is in the desert again not the most convenient of places, and goblin city takes some ranged exp. Rather limited on you're choice.

Hey I made 6500 harr tars for some exp, it's pretty fast aside from the fact getting the tar is annoying (probably 1000-1500 tar per hour) and harralander is relatively cheap/easy now thanks to the GE. And who cares if you can't sell it, just use it because the salamander can hit high.

Disease can occur in any growth cycle (like when they usually get grow they get diseased instead) A diseased patch will die in the next growth cycle (I think) And the only way to tell if your patch is diseased is to be standing by it or have nature ammy attached to it So you can have 3 herb patches going that you know won't have disease 1. My Arm's patch 2. Patch w/ ammy linked to it 3. A patch you're standing near (PS it's easy to do things such as alching, fming, or fishing near the catherby herb patch since it's near a bank, and have the natutre ammy linked to another patch and my arm's patch going at the same time)

For members pick axe 2 or 3 waterskins, and runes for the humidify lunar spell, and mine granite in the desert. Possibly the most boring but possibly the fastest.

One problem with this is, you can charge your cbow but it won't be tradeable. I've had friends ask me to charge their cbow because I know where the person is and I'm at 180k per charge. So I go out and charge one of my uncharged seeds and then meet them in letya to trade and I find out I can't. So he ended up having to find the person and charging full price while I go out and waste a fully charged cbow. Moral of the story. Charged cbows can't be traded unless they're newly bought ones from the elf that sells them for 900k.

Well it's a *forgets words* but pretty much you're saying it took over w/e version of windows he was using and it was super buggy/keylogging like and what not (if those words made any sense). This seems more like a serious problem rather then just worrying about a RS password, it seems to be aimed more at people's information for identity theft and what not. This seems more like a thing that the tech board could handle better (or better yet take it to a professional if it seems really that bad). I know I don't need, but I need something that is very low maintenance as I usually don't have the time to log in collect and sell all the collections every 2 days. The pretty much all over reason for 5m is to buy my outfit back (yes I'm that picky) (costs approx 2.5m to buy). Thanks for the suggestion though.

While I usually don't have this issue and some how manage to sell some extra stuff I don't need to have enough money to do what I want (kingdom, rares, skilling, etc.) I'm stuck for the first time in a long whiles. Well shortly after scrambling to sell extra members items and raw materials to buy a rare before members ended, I realized I have no cash to run kingdom nor do anything that I usually do for profit without having to put in lots of time. Personally I'm pretending that none of my other stuff is in the bank at the moment for the sake of me selling stuff I actually need. I've been fly fishing in f2p (have over 100k feathers which should get me 5m in fish at least). But then I realized that takes way too long in f2p banking them. I don't want to go to members w/o at minimum 5m to have kingdom running as I feel it's a waste other wise. So now my problem is how could I get 5m from pretty much nothing (as I won't sell anything I currently have). My stats: Attack 77 Defence 80 Strength 85 Hitpoints 85 Ranged 82 Prayer 65 Magic 78 Cooking 79 Woodcutting 83 Fishing 77 Firemaking 81 Crafting 66 Smithing 74 Mining 77 Runecrafting 57 Members Skills (currently unavailable for use but just in case someone has a brilliant idea that would somehow convince me to get members asap) Fletching 81 Thieving 58 Agility 59 Farming 65 Hunter 56 Slayer 71 Construction 65 The main issue here is relatively if I can do this method slowly (getting on every now and then but not for long), as I cannot do the whole "no-lifing" thing. Just to point out Temple trekking has been updated to make it more viable (lumberjack set and other rewards). Shades of mort'ton was fine as is and is actually very profitable and a different way to raise prayer. Gnome restaurant has clothing items that are only available through the game (same goes for trouble brewing.) Mini games are not being phased, if anything they're promoting all their games for all their individual rewards.

It's pretty much saying that someone activated the vengeance spell from the lunar magic book.
