If you press the alching button while the last alch is going down, you will alch with your weapon in your hand. I think it only works with lava staff and fire staff? Didn't work with whip or d scimmy. I'll try a dramen staff. It does work, seems to work with any staff.

if you make steel plates with the bars, alch the plates. EDIT: Oh you already said that. But it'll make you like 56m, and get you 91 magic.

If I was f2p, I'd use it on addy arrows, trimmed mage and dhide armor and runes. If I was p2p, then I would add it to my savings to buy a robin, or just buy full ahrims and buying 2 full runes for rune defender.

I would probally not sell the 100k rune ess I had before pure ess came out, and go on a rare item buying spree.

Lessers on Crandor got me tons of ranged exp on f2p.

If you go p2p, try ranging in pest control and use the points for defence, so you can get the 10 range levels and get 70 def and have a lower cmb. Unless you're not 40 cmb. I don't know where to train def in f2p at that low stats, sorry. Nice range BTW.

hmm, buy in bulk? I don't think so. The best things for f2p are steel plates and rune meds to high alch.

I really don't know about it, level 3 clues are ok, and lots of these items....well would be better if added to level 3 clues or a monster drop.

Isn't the battered book now where you start Elemental Workshop II in the Exam Center? Or maybe you can try the slashed book since it's been changed.

amen to that =D> +2 I usually have these big ideas, that will get me like 30 levels in 10 skills, but when I get to it, I get really bored. I would suggest doing something like farming or merchanting to get something else to do, while your doing your job.
