whats some of the lamest reasons you delete someone?!?
Exactly, I don't know how some people expect you to know exactly what to do in a quest you did ages ago. Maybe our memory is just bad though. :P +1. I always lol IRL when someone asks me for help with a quest, then I say something like "Oh, yeh, that one. I think you have to go do...(blah)", and then I get a message back saying "No, you can't do that, (that was done at the beginning)(Thats what you have to do at the end)(Wrong quest, noob)". Then I wonder why I'm helping them, when they clearly know more about it than I do >.<

Runescape: Summer '08
My winter (Different hemispheres ftw) has been awesome, I've gotten a quest cape (Yesterday, as it happens), and gotten a load of minor goals done (Stats to get into all the GWD lairs, all stats with summoning over 55, etc). So yeh, pretty good season.

Do You Take HD For Granted?
It's funny, people always used to wonder why everyone was so hating on rs' graphics when thegameplay was the main feature anyway. Then you go back to old detail from HD, and it's just like "Oh, right, that's why. Heh. Er." Me, my computer randomly stopped running HD a month or so after the update, and I CBF fixing it, so meh. Old graphics it is.

I would probably appreciate it more if I still used it, lol.

Possible locations for the 1% safe area?
Entrana would be an obvious contender, as you cannot bring any weapons onto the island, although I think that the Monastery should be included, since you can kill the Monks/Priests. You can kill the animals on Entrana, too, so fighting is not totally disabled. Saradomin/the monks just tell you not to fight, so the Monastery could be a place of peace, too. But then again, the whole thing is just a guess and you maybe right - especially since the monastery is inside the "dangerous" world while Entrana is a bit excluded and travel there is controlled by the monks. Maybe entrana might allow PvP, but no armor/weapons like it is now so it could be a sorf of Boxing island? if they do then fletchers will own entrana, seriously. You can take bow strings, unstrung bows, tanned hides, arrow tips shafts. Pretty much everything a fletcher needs Hides is for crafting. High fletching lvl + high crafting level =

Skill capes being F2P. Give it a read =D
Just a point, if skillcapes were to become f2p, that would really screw up pking. As it is, members coming over to a f2p world have to stick with much the same gear as the f2pers, but given how many more members have skillcapes (especially trimmed ones) than f2pers, that could really mess things up.

Skill capes being F2P. Give it a read =D
No one cares if you're "100% F2P". Honostly, just shows you can't afford $5 a month or you just think you're cool because you don't train on more efficiant monsters. Either way, it's lame. Indeed so. "0|\/|9, 1 |-|45 7|241|\|3|) f15|-|1|\|9 70 99 pu|23 5|-||21|\/|p, 1 5|-|0u||) 937z0|2 73|-| u83|2 (4p3 83(4u53 17 \/\/43 |-|4|2|)3|2 f0|2 |\/|3 74|\| f0|2 73|-| 073|2 p33p5!11!!!1eleven!" Note: I over-exagerate for emphasis. Try not to be offended, I wasn't saying anyone here is a 1337 noob.

Jagex announces the most challenging quest to date.
That would be awesome, but I don't think they will do that, because some of these quests may be hard for most people. Maybe it will be a sequil to Wolf Whistle and Wanted! Maybe Solus will escape, take control of the RC Guild and you and Piccupstix team up with the WOM to defeat him! Second scenario, maybe it has something to do with the gods and older gods. Imagine this. Guthix is captured by the Elder Gods because they want control of the nature and the world, so you report to either Saradomin or Zamorak (Monastary or Chaos Temple, respectively). You then fight for your god, free Guthix and get the ultimate god weapons! Solus escaping? Been a while since I did the quest, but didn't we kill him? Also, why the hell would Sara/Zammy want to free Guthix, when both of their worshippers want to do stuff that could bring Guthixs wrath down upon them?

No, you got kicked because your presence was making it stronger.

General Graador - Maybe a Half Ogre and Goblin?
Exactly, his minions would most likely be the same race as him...plus the fact, if you really wanna know, query it with JaGeX -.- Or, you ccould read the knowledge base. Don't you think that, if he was really a goblin, people might notice? I vote we just go with what the wiki says: So I guess we have our answer.

That depends on how you are dealing with it. I don't think Zaros had much fun dealing with the Staff of Armadyl.

Guthixian Edicts
I seem to remember that one of the other gods (Sara? Or that curse of Zaros'?) booted Zammy from the realm, and he only returned once he became a god (note that means he was not a god directly after defeating (sort of) Zaros), and after that he and the other gods wiped out most of the remaining Zaros followers. Then along came the God Wars, and Guthix waking up, and then we all know what happened. But 1) Is it Zammy the Mourners are trying to bring in, or perhaps one of his generals (like the gwd boss), or even another god/almighty being. They could even intend to re-oen the world gate, and bring in some enemy of Seren, sort of like Zammy is the enemy of Sara. Of course, opening the world gate would probably piss Guthix off, given that It was probably the one to close it, and the void knights (who serve Guthix's ideals) spend all their time closing portals, but if they were isolated at the time of the God Wars, they might not even know about the Edicts. 2) Do the Guthixian edicts specifically forbid the gods moving to the material world? They forbid interference, but if one were to enter the world, would that count? He wouldn't be able to do anything, but who knows, maybe they intend to get the Stone of Jas and/or the Armadyl Staff, and kit him up to face Guthix. They would probably need to bring him here to do that.

Guthixian Edicts
And yes, I know he's a mahjarrat. I meant more of a tangible form. Apparently the people trying to resurrect him aren't aware that they cannot get involved directly, either that or they know something we don't. I think it's more of a "If we can get him back here, he can defeat Guthix" than a lack of knowledge of the edicts. Evil usually doesn't care about rules, also. Given that Guthix faced down all the gods before, thats a bit of a risky point of view to take. While we don't tend to care about rules (except the plot ones, like always reveal your plans to an imprisoned hero, or always leave a weak spot in your invincible army/plan/machine/unholy demonic legion of infinite strength), we do tend to care about being erased and "written over" (for want of a better term) by an almighty divine being. Also, see the point about elven quests being a lot older than the myreque ones. I smell a retcon.

Guthixian Edicts
i really think there are no "elder gods" and that guthix just made that up to be modest. he is not one to atract attention you know Actually, I think it's been said before that Guthix came across this empty plane, and it shaped it into the world. Whether Guthix created the the world (ie formed matter in an empty dimension), or just shaped a blank landscape to resemble more closely what is around today, is an open question. If the second, perhaps the Elder Gods created a world (whole thing, dimensions and all), then got bored or had it crash or something or ditched it, and then Guthix found it later. Although that raises the question of how Guthix knows about the Eldar Gods. Also, I may be wrong, but does the quest actually say "the evil elves are trying to resurrect Zammorack", or does it say something about summoning back "The Dark One" (or something like that). Might not be the same thing.

The "Eye of Saradomin"
Ummm... those were humans, not elves. And the city was formed out of elf crystal to the plan of Seren, the elven god. Ok, about the city, but guthix did talk with the elves, in the meeting history quest you are able to see one of the elves at the barrier. One of the times, the elf goes. "This must of been the creatures Guthix talked about." Really? Only dialogue I saw was "We are not alone in these lands, I must report", and something about humans I didn't quite catch. Edit: Regardless, the moonclan history mentions the stone of Jas, and that must be later, so it couldn't have been given to the elves then.

Oh gods, no!! Save us, oh almighty penguin, from the horrible (uber long) scrollbar, nemesis of all mages in a hurry! Hey, the Resizeable Window might have been to compensate for this ;) Great, if you play in fullscreen. For some reason HD won't work on my laptop, so I'm stuffed.

15 Aug 2008 - Future PvP Updates
Sounds to me like an epic new barrows brother, or perhaps a sister? :ohnoes: And today, we release our new pking worlds! Along with the worlds themselves, we also release several new suits of armour (with weapons!), collectively known as "I can't believe it's not barrows". Examples include the awesomely powerful set known as "I can't believe it's not Dharoks", the agile ranger gear "I can't believe it's not Kharils", and of course the mystically mighty set entitled "I can't believe it's not Ahrims". We are sure you will all be amazed by the fantastic abilities these will grant you, from hitting far higher than normal, to annihalating the stats of your foes, and healing yourself as you damage your enemies.

They'd most likely just tab to another city where people could attack them, so the only point in teleing would be to annoy someone, you still probably would die Unless they house telle.
