After inspecting the wilderness region, however, I found this section of the map that I was not familiar with. Could this be the region "on the horizon" that Jagex was talking about? F2P never got up the hill in the first place, so it's very unlikely that it has gone downhill.

I don't go on the computer to play Runescape, I play Runescape when I'm on the computer. So no, it doesn't really have an impact on my life.

Although I like most of your ideas, the blood altar will probably be located in Myrevitch (I'm sorry I can't spell, it's that maze town of the vampires). I can see Jagex being evil and making you go through the town every time, and making it unable to be abyssed.

Details please? I haven't done the new quest yet so I don't know what the minigame is yet.

I have a really good one. In the falador castle, in the staircase east of the main courtyard, go up two levels and theres a room that's just two ladders with an empty square between then, and that's it.
