  1. Read the Bible. Particularly the first three chapter of Genesis. You'll notice some pretty big changes that happen after the initial Creation. Well, I can't argue with either of you, seeing as I've never read the book. I'll take your word it says that, no doubt about that.
  2. Today has opened my eyes towards the true American. I was on my to lunch where a man stopped me in the pavement and asked for directions. He was American, and remembering this thread, I asked him what he thought of America, and why he thinks, they get a bad rap. He said as a symbol of everything America is, the flag represents both the purity of the American dream and the innocence and simple bravery of a child. What makes America great is that simple courage, the courage to be proud of something̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ã
  3. Well, I remember playing and attempting Black Knights Fortress, many a moon ago. All of a sudden, Carlos (my cat) jumps on my back (Ow?) causing me to jump up, knock the desk, send it tilting forward, knocking all of the PC to the ground and spilling my hot beverage all of me. My advice? Laugh. It was a comical moment. I'm not saying all interuptions are to be laughed at, but it's important to remember RS for what it is: a game. If something's a pressing issue, log out.
  4. Russians in Afghanistan! :D ...Gah, too much Billy Joel.
  5. GW got old pretty quick on me, but I didn't mind. It was a one-off payment (no subscription fee) and I sure as smeg enjoyed it while it lasted. Even if it's a done up version of the first, more like an expainsion, I'd go out and buy it.
  6. And this makes it "morally wrong" to be homosexual? I always defined morally wrong as doing something that negatively affected someone... I don't see how being gay or [bleep] fits that category. The only real argument I've seen, if you can call it that, is that the bible says so. But hey, I'm an agnostic, so I don't really think that works. And yes, 4737_Carlin, you may now tell me that I'm going to hell. I'm more than willing to have that debate, but preferably not on this thread. Actually, that quote was directed towards Bubsa's lizard. Your point? In your eyes, they're still a creation of God. And while I'm not a man big enough to question or challenge your faith, if you do believe in God creating animals with 'defunk' (by your definition) genitalia, then what's to say that it makes it immoral to be so, if God created it that way for some of his other creatures?
  7. I'm with Allan Donald, this tournament needs to be postponed until 2008. It can't continue under these circumstances.
  8. One could argue, however, that while an invasion could have cost more lives in that instance, the introduction of atomic bombs will surely have a greater and more devastating effect on life and the Earth over time. Of course, it could also be said that the introduction of nuclear power in war would have been inevitable.
  9. That is your answer. Consecutive rhyming words create an assonance. EG: Dream Team.
  10. If you think in terms of development to output, RS could easily be seen as number 1.
  11. I'm happy for every single one of you, especially those who've been around since day 1. /Salutes.
  12. Doesn't answer the question at all, but hey, nice homophobic metaphor. Ok, want it technical? The point of genitalia is for reproduction and child rearing. Their function in a homosexual relationship is useless aside from pleasure. They can not be fruitful and multiply. Then what about God's 'creations' capable of a virgin birth? Example What purpose does their genitalia serve if not all of it is not required?
  13. Good God, so many rumours. This is starting to sound worse than the Frosties Kid.

    AIDS Vaccine

Vaccine for AIDS? Maybe. A cure for AIDS? No. They aint never curing AIDS. There aint no money in the cure. The money's in the medicine.
  15. Oh my God, they're all numbers! We're all numbers too! It's all so clear now!
  16. Doesn't answer the question at all, but hey, nice homophobic metaphor.
  17. You do realise that the basic dialogue would be: LOL NOOB OMG OWNED STFU LALANOOBZO0R LOL WERE IZ VAROK? And so forth?
  18. I smelted 1k back in RSC and, funnily enough, ended up with 502 bars. It sure doesn't feel like it at the time, but it more or less balances out. P.S. Yes, that took a hell of a long time.
  19. I don't think it's that bad, in comparision to rap/raggae remixes. Scissor sisters is just a little different. It's a little of an aquired taste like white stripes. I love most of the Scissor Sisters' songs, but I really don't like their version of Comfortably Numb, especially that version. I'm in Suzi's dented car here. I usually quite like them. If "I don't feel like dancing" comes on, woah! So help me! I'm a dancing fiend! ^-^
  20. One Winged Angel and Liberali Fatali are great. Saw on youtube or somewhere a live orchestra doing them, it was fantastic. And I really, really, really especially love the Terra theme from FFIX. Soothes me every time.
  21. LIES! They gave us Sesame Street
  22. Finally, something we can all agree on! :P
  23. Yeah and you usually need someone else to dance with.. If I told you you'd need to practise every day for 6 months to be considered anywhere near average, would you still want to learn? Commitment is the first and biggest step to learning.
