Fast Food Nation - What goes into your burger?
I have to agree. I can get a half pound of ground meat to a 200 calorie burger on a grill. The trick is actual grilling instead of using a flat skillet.

Fast Food Nation - What goes into your burger?
Doesn't really concern me anyways. I only eat fast food when I drive across the state, and I usually only eat Sonic. Sonic has good meat, if I even get beef.

Meet your Meat is the best movie ever. It makes me so hungry.

Hazelmere's Strange Prediction
Killing guthix off is unlikey seeing as he is the creator of Gelienor and the most powerful of the gods (it's mentioned somewhere that his re-awakening brought the wars of the third age to an end.) If I remember correctly, all he did was say "STOP" and every creature of of the god's just died, ending the God Wars. From Myreque Part III we learn that if there is another God War, Guthix will simply destroy the world. Which is safe to say he is much stronger than the others.

NEW iPODS RELEASED TODAY 9/5
It won't kill the Zune, as the Zune is $200 for 30 GB while the Apple is only 8 GP for the same price. After reading that press conference I think I will still stick to Microsoft. They give me what I need, not window dressings like touchscreen.

rate my bank
Its organized very nicely. Some people seem to only wish to rate based on the items that are included, thinking that "nice" includes 8 sets of full dragon and a party hat. But your bank is very well organized and you seem to be doing well for your level. Plus, you have some nice reward outfits there. Keep at it!

What is your actual post count?
My total posts are 3963, but only 2600 of them are accessible from my "See all posts" which leads me to believe I have been here too long.

NEW iPODS RELEASED TODAY 9/5
They better be offering reduced upgrades. I've only bought my Zune a few months ago. The thing rocks compared to the Ipod anyways, if all you are looking for is a music/video/picture player. Don't forget the radio and custom backrounds ( I got mine in june ). I hope there's going to be a new firmware update soon, we haven't had one since the random-er shuffle feature. Don't forget the superior video, a la BIG SCREEN. So much easier on the eyes to watch a movie on the Zune than on an iPod.

Penpals - a lost hobby? :s
Howd you know she got killed? Her parents called me. We had met when I lived in England so our parents had phone numbers. The whole family had penpals from that trip. My Grandmother had a penpal from India, and my father's was from Malaysia.

Injustice in Jena / Jena 6 / Blatant Racism! (long read)
Racial remarks justify physical assault? Martin Luther King Jr. abhorred physical violence. The kid should have just walked away and let the racist punk know that he couldn't get a rise out of him. Now, I can agree that a little bit of the sentencing may be biased, but beating a kid to near-death certainly classifies as major assault. And yes, I agree that this is a sensationalist article. The fact that it has "nicknames" for the case justifies a link from a source that is not biased.

Computer imaging gurus, help me out!
I am working on a project for a game mod, and I need to make a specific panel. However, the reference picture is cut off, and I completely suck at this kind of art by hand. If someone could take this image, and extrapolate the panel of the left side of the screen (the part with the planet and two ships) and make a whole panel of it, oriented forward (as flat to the bottom of the screen) it would be most appreciated. In other words, I could take your image and just apply it to the texture of the panel without aspect changes. Also, please recreate the ship displays as accurately as you can, although I could probably work with these in Cut-Paste. I will give full credit in the readme file for ya! Note: The red image is the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC 1701 D and the Green image is the U.S.S. Hathaway NCC 2693 since they are a little hard to read. Image:

Annoying People/Teachers at your school.
I think it's safe to say that some of my college professors are real jerks. You should never give a grade hit to someone who disagrees with you, just because they challenge your opinion. It wasn't always me, either.

Is it really a problem? (MP3 piracy)
If you don't have loyalty to bands, Cnet has a rather large rotating library of free music you can download. I've gotten like 2 gigs that way, and it's opened my horizons as far as music goes.

Penpals - a lost hobby? :s
I had a penpal named Katja from Ireland about 6 years ago. Unfortunately, she was killed in a car bombing. Never had one since. :(

Found A METEORITE! pics inside
Why sell it? Do you know how few of those things exist in private collections? How many of your neighbors can say they own a meteorite? It's worth keeping.

Worst decision ever made that affected your rs career?
I made such a profit two years ago when I sold my Santas for 400k each. Now I am crying myself to sleep.

Am I crazy?
*Sigh* Make one snide rhetorical remark about slapping a child and you get called a bad parent. A slap across the face is hardly a punch to the face. And my kid would have to say something really offensive to make me do that.
