  1. Read it 3 times, and I figured out the question. He's asking why his father is such an [wagon] :( I'll let your terrible grammar slide this time (paragraph was written in one sentence) as you prob have bigger problems atm. Your dad is a complete moron, sorry. You say hes so nice, then why does he "backstab" you? Your dad backstabs you? Wow, thats really, really messed. Try to figure out what his problem is, talk to a guidance councellor or kids help line. Gl with that... AD
  2. Heh, thanks a lot guys! Sorry I havent been able to reply, just been so busy lately. I've checked out nearly every song mentioned here, and found a few I really liked, including Clair de Lune. You guys are pretty good classical fans, never knew that! :P Thought I was all alone or something  Anyhow, a lot of the songs mentioned were of the slower tempo. I'm trying to find songs that are really powerful, and have a climax. I like it when songs start out soft and innocent, and build to something huuugeee later in the song. Know any good ones? :P

Ditto. When did Opera go free? I just found out today. I used it in the past, but a keygen'd version (sorry folks) But yeah...wow. Now noone has an excuse not to use Opera, the greatest webbrowser out there. Thanks and Congratz Opera!! :P 8.5 Rocks.
  4. I dunno what to say. I respect you, but I don't. Finally, the truth comes out. And I applaude you for that. What needed to be said was said, but its ashame that you're leaving on that note. I bet a lot of what you said is true too. Anyhow, gonna miss ya posting around here, but I mean, going off to College, time to get a life eh!! Chances are, you're still gonna pop in every now and then on a surprise post or something. Cant just completely drop tif from your life. But if you do, good luck in the future. You were a great poster. Another one gone...sooner or later, TIF will die. It can't be denied. AD
  5. Argh. They're estimating as high as $2.00 CAD/Litre by time Rita is said and done with. Disgusting. According to googles calc, 1 US Gallon is about 3.8 Litres. 3.8 Litres at $2 each is about $7.60/gallon. :x :x  How do they expect people to actually live? Are we becoming like cavemen, where we'll have to get rid of any luxuries just to survive or what.  Edit: I was wrong. They were saying at this moment, prices are already hitting the 2.00 and above mark. This is sickening. The hurricane hasnt even hit yet...
  6. After Hurricane Rita expect to see even new records set on gas prices. Yeah, its disgusting, but what can ya do. Everyone tries to cheat us out of our money, to better themselves. Its a cruel world. Prices are about 1.00/Litre, CAD, which is back to regular from before Katrina, but still a lot. They raise the prices sooo much, so when it goes back to what it used to be, people will be happy. The gas companies think they're being smart or something. I remember just a few years back when gas was like 50cents/Litre. Perhaps in a few days, this time next week, prices will be 1.50 CAD/Litre. :x
  7. Still requesting help. I've disconnected all unneccessary hardware for now, and the BSOD still continues. So that rules out any problem with perpherials causing the problem. It is almost guaranteed a memory/driver problem, but I don't know how to fix it
  8. I'd have to agree with knight, and say Mariah Carey can hit the highest. In all of her songs, she always manages to get that crazy high note, to sing the tune in. Its soooo crazy.
  9. Nah, that controller just might work. Good job Nintendo on being original, and innovative. It's nice to see something different, more appealing to a wider range or people. Like it was said earlier, this controler aims towards the older crowd, more casual people, rather than die hard gamers. It suits die hard gamers just fine, but a new generation. I'm sure halo players won't want to see this thing popping up for use on their X Box  Anyhow, I like it. The thing is, Nintendo continues to have child like games, so what're they doing in creating a new controller, aimed at an older age range? The reason Nintendo can't compete in the market is because they don't have top games, like the 2k sport series, or Halo, and games like that. Nintendo has again, a more child like feel. The mario series is AMAZING don't get me wrong, but if Nintendo does intend to compete in the gaming industry, it's gotta go mainstream, and tap into the teen market.
  10. Lmao. Yep, I too remember this being posted a while ago. Add "How many forumers will post about changing a lightbulb" Funny tho, and so true :P
  11. Well I've been listening to a lot of music lately, as usual, but in specific I've been thinking a lot about classical music. I've always like it, but for some reason I have no classical pieces on my computer. I have a few soundtracks and whatnot, but nothing that's really appealing. Something I've been listening to lately is Requiem for a Tower...from Lord of the Rings The Two Towers. Just an amazing piece. Some other favs of mine include Exaltation, and Ancient Moon. Now I know you all love classical music, deep down inside, so do me a favour, and share some of those pieces with me  :P AD
  12. Well it's getting really annoying now. The problem seems to be getting worse, with me getting the BSOD quite frequently. I CANNOT boot up my system if my iPod or USB Flash Disk is plugged in. I'll get the BSOD right away. If I unplug it, it seems to run ok. However, I still get the BSOD without it being in. I've also recieved the errors "Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal" and "Memory_Management". I've ran memtest86, and recieved several errors in test 8. However, Athlon systems are known to fail this test and or test 5. I really don't know what to do at this point. For the past two months the computer has run fine. There has been no change recently, no reason I can see for this problem starting. A reformat is no help, as this is a hardware issue, not software. Any help is much appriciated. Thanks a lot, Avi D.
  13. Yeah...I've watched the movie a few times, and when he posted this I couldn't remember that song. Didn't want to say anything, incase I somehow missed it the 3 times I watched  Woulda felt like an idiot!
  14. Yep, seems like it was just thrown together so Alba had something to dance to. Obviously not many people were thinking "hmm, what's that song" during that specific scene  But I searched it a bit, the song isn't on the Sin City soundtrack. I googled it, searched, but to no avail. Nothing. Sorry man! AD
  15. Heh, thats pretty neat. For me, if I hear something cool that I want to remember...I just...remember it. Lol. I'll usually make it until I get home, and google whatever it was or something. My way of learning things, outside of school subjects, is from the internet and television. I'm not much of a book reader, but I love reading the news online, or browsing news sites, such as CNN (Fav one) or similar sites. :P
  16. Ok. First off, try posting this in iLounge.com forums. You're more likely to get some help there. So the clicking noises happen randomly while playing? Are you touching the iPod when it's clicking? Maybe you just have speaker clicker enabled.... As for the skipping songs, have you updated the iPod? Download iPod updater...the newest update was on the 9th or something like that I believe...sometime recently. http://www.apple.com/ipod/download
  17. Ok, not really sure what the article is trying to say. I've ran verifier and updated whatever was unsigned. Still BSOD persists. However, I've found something interesting....usually when I have an additional usb device plugged in, such as my iPod mini or my USB Flash Drive, i'll get the BSOD. But I think I've gotten it before when they weren't in, however, if I boot up with one of them plugged in, I'm likely to get the BSOD right away. If I unplug and boot up, its fine. I've updated my iPod and USB drivers, still BSOD. All drivers on my computer are fully updated.
  18. Thanks for the reply. I've been really busy lately, which explains the slow reply. I'll take a look at it and get back to ya asap. Thanks again, AD
  19. Hey, Well some of you may know, I built myself a computer over the summer. It's been running smoothly more or less ever since, with regular antivirus scans, disk cleanups, chkdsks, spyware removal, etc. So its in tip top shape. Plus, I don't download messed up programs, or visit those odd sites lol. So no chance of viruses or spyware really. I'm running: Windows Xp Pro Sp2 2.06Ghz AMD 3000+ Processor 1024mb Cosair Ram Now, onto the problem. Recently (past few days) I've been randomly getting BSOD's. Sometimes while using only Microsoft Word, sometimes on the internet, sometimes on MSN. Completely random. Also, sometimes I cannot access my system again, as it'll just restart upon boot, but if I'm lucky after several tries it'll work. The error message on the BSOD is usually pfn_list_corrupt which then means I need to restart. After I restart, the next BSOD I recieve will be a win2k.sys error. Address BF8011C3 Base Bf800000 Datestamp 42211c2. I have done a chkdsk, and repaired my computer by doing so. However, my problems still continue. Recently, I have installed NO new programs. I installed a new cpu fan about 2 weeks ago, but the BSOD has just popped up recently. The cpu temp usually stays around the 50c mark, mobo temp at 40c. It's a decent quality fan, 21dba, spire. Here is a hijack this log, but I'm sure it is unrelated to my problem, i'll post it just incase. Wow, thanks a lot for posting this. However, your link does not work. I found it here: http://movies.aol.com/movie_exclusive_h ... oblet_clip And after that...I really can't wait now. Looks like an amazing movie, and is certain to be the best HP movie thus far.
  21. Awh, that was an easy one. Got it as soon as I looked at it in fact, too bad I just got home and saw this post tho :x
  22. Just like the rest of the Canucks here, I can only really speak English. I know a bit of french, but am not fluent in the language.
  23. Heh, didn't we even have a "find me" topic on this, where we had to spot things other people saw? Amazing pic anyhow, I've had it bookmarked forever now! If only I could take a pic like that...
  24. Bmw replied to darkavatar's topic in Off-Topic
Yeo, probably. To the person asking if it was the hockey song, yeah, it's often used at hockey games. It's not actually named the Hey song, but a lot of people call it that. Unfortunately, I don't know the actual name either. Annoying song anyhow
  25. Heh, when you said "gum" I actually knew you meant eraser  In french eraser is gomme, so I kinda made the connection  Anyhow, like everyone, I cried a lot in kindergarten. Aside from that, I guess maybe in grade 6 when I went on a camping trip w/ school. Felt amazingly sick from their food and whatnot, terrible headache, couldnt resist crying lol. Other than that, nope. Nothing. No reason to cry, besides listening to funny jokes, which happens quite often
