I vote for option A. The profit is only slightly less that the max (choice B) plus you get a nice bit of smithing XP.

Your recovery questions are probably different because whoever hacked you changed them. However, there is a small chance of recovering the account by putting down your old passwords. Also, never use something as easy to guess as your name for a password.

I believe that you stop buring lobs at 74 so you could probably switch over then instead of at 76.

Or, you could make steel plates by: -mining your own iron and coal -smelting your own bars (with a furnace) -making the bars into steel plates -high alching the plates using nats you craft yourself that way you will have spent no money and will make 1.2k per plate... This is how I do all my smithing and yes, it's very slow. However, it makes you a profit and you can train mining, smithing, rc and magic all at once \

You could also sell p-ess or bowstrings. Both of those are pretty easy to get and sell in large quantites and don't require amazing skills.
