Combat Level=... Att level x 130 Str level x 130 hitpoints x 100 Def level x 100 Prayer* x 50 Add the numbers together and divide by 400 to get your combat level. This only works if you have melee based combat (not mage or range...those have different equations that I can't remember) *Prayer level is rounded down to even level ( for example 43 prayer is entered as 42) hope that helps...if not, google it \

Hunting red chichompas and runecrafting nats would both be good ways to make money. Out of your skills, thieveing would be one of the easiest to bump up to 60.

Yeah, firemaking and cooking would both be relatively cheap and easy. Also, woodcutting might be a good one of you don't want to spend any money

Have you not seen all of the advertising bots lately? They are trying to get players to buy RS gold or go to a website that will steal their account. Although I understand where you're coming from with the disposable account argument, the ingame bot advertising problem would be much worse without this rule. Hopefully if enough of these bots get banned, they will get tired of making new accounts and sending them through tutorial island. Also, without this rule, more innocent players would have their accounts stolen from visiting an advertised website and more players might be influenced to buy RS gold. Rule 11 is not meant to punish players that mention a major fansite in passing, it protects players accounts more that anything.
