It's not a quest. You do this before you enter the God Wars Dungeon. You can take the note to Sir Tiffy. I believe he's the guy in Falador Park. You won't receive anything for this.

The clan must NOT have a requirement to attend wars and/or PvP trips, as I don't like PvP. The clan MUST have an IRC, as I'm looking for an active clan to keep me entertained as I skill. My Saturdays are usually pretty busy, so if your clans events are held mostly on Saturdays, then don't bother posting because I won't be able to attend them.

There's no such thing as an XP Monitor. A monitor is simply an output device that takes the digital data from your tower and displays it in a form we can see. The Windows is installed onto your hard drive, not your monitor. So the monitor doesn't matter. Now, you have an NVidia GeForce 7100. In order to play HD, you need the equivalent of an NVidia GeForce 3. Since 7100 is better than 3, you should have no problem. You might want to make sure your java is up to date, as well.

must of been ranging them since lvl 40 or lower.... i still doubt this.. His riches claim was debunked in an earlier post, even with the skills he said he used from level 1, he couldn't have made 100m. He claims it was merchanting now though.

As the above poster said, oak larders are the way to go. Also, if you get the Crystal Saw from the Eyes of Glouphrie Quest, that'll give you an invisible +3 boost. Another boost is tea.

Well, I got a new phone today! It's a Casio G'zOne Boulder. Built to Military Specifications for extra durability, shock resistant, and a little water-proof! That's what I need, seeing as how I've broke three phones in a row (One dropped in slush, the second dropped when I got out of a truck, and the third...well, the third broke...when it hit the wall...but that wasn't my fault! The wall broke it, not me!). I spent the day with my son mostly though, I'll probably hop on Rune when I get back home from dropping him off, but I highly doubt I'll reach 89 by tonight (like...between 300-400k more xp til 89 right now, I think).

My avatar is self made. I took a picture of my Military Coin I was awarded, and made the picture under 100x100, then uploaded it.

I actually meant the URL from your address bar, that way someone could have visited the page and helped you get the full URL. In the cases of google pictures, click on "See Full Size Image" and then save that image to your computer. Then upload it on an image hosting site (I use photobucket), and they'll give you a direct link once it's uploaded, you'd copy that and put that in for your avatar. But as Tripsis said, it's best to stay away from copyrighted material, just to be safe.

I used a Dragon Battleaxe for that part, but I'm sure the Barrelchest Anchor would do just fine as well. As you can see, my stats are lower than yours, and I did it with lower stats and didn't have too much of a problem. You'll be fine.

This is the way I'd recommend (and the way I'm going). Make sure to get the cooking gauntlets, or you'll have to adjust to level 86 for swordfish, and keep going with them until 99. Cook Lobsters until level 81 (from the base level of 70, it's 12,127 Lobsters to cook), then from 81 cook Swordfish until level 94 (41,085 Swordfish), and then from 94 to 99, cook Sharks (24,238 Sharks). The prices, according to Zybez: Raw Lobster = 266-293 gp each. Cooked Lobster = 212-235 gp each. --- That's a 31-81 gp loss per lobster. Raw Swordfish = 418-462 gp each. Cooked Swordfish = 381-422 gp each. --- That's anywhere from a profit of 4 gp to a loss of 81 gp per swordfish. Raw Shark = 852-941 gp each. Cooked Shark = 774-855 gp each. --- That's anywhere from a profit of 3 gp each to a loss of 167 gp per shark. Now, if we times the number of fish by the cost per fish, you'll get your total cost. Let's just take the median of the cost per fish for these calculations. Lobsters: 12,127 x 56 = 679,112 gp Swordfish: 41,085 x 38.5 = 1,581,772.5 gp Sharks: 24,238 x 82 = 1,987,516 gp --- Total = 4,248,400.5 CONCLUSION: So it should cost anywhere from 4-5m to get from 70-99 cooking, assuming the prices don't fluctuate to heavily. DISCLAIMER: Don't hold me liable for these calculations. I could have possibly overlooked something, these are rough figures.

I don't team bosses, and I find 70 prayer very worth it.

I saw that after I posted it, and you can't expect to have high stats since you just started. We were all around your level at some point. It's just a matter of grinding to get your levels up a little bit. Remember, try to pick a stat you enjoy, it'll making money seem easier. Hooah!

When putting out requests, such as this one, giving us your stats and status (free or member) will get you better results. Most of the money making methods are stat based, and you need high stats to get them. There are ways without stats, but they usually don't net too much. I'd suggest you try getting each skill to about 30, and whichever skill you like the most, keep training that skill. Chances are, you'll be able to make money in some way from it.

I got 88 cooking last night...I might post the image up sometime today.

1-2 levels a week is better than 1 level in a year!
