I would say you'd be safe buying one and then selling it later. Only if you're chopping a lot of logs (i.e. going for 99 woodcutting). If it's just to cut logs whenever, stick with a rune axe.

Why not train on controlled? If not, it's really up to you. I, personally, favor defense more, but there's a lot of people that will suggest attack first, then strength, then defense. However, buy something better for strength, such as a dragon scimmy.

I finally hit 91 Cooking! I can't upload the picture because photobucket's down for maintenance right now. I'll get to it tomorrow. I've sold my 15k+ swordies (15,288 to be exact), and bought 12,500 monkfish. I only need to cook about 12,300 some, but I bought extra juuust in case. I also got my whip back . Tomorrow, I got plans to hit up the fitness center with my Guard buddy and do some working out, Army style! After that, I have nothing planned, so I might get 92 cooking tomorrow! I'm about 400k some xp away.

I would say fly fishing's your best bet. You can do Jungle Potion and Shilo Village Quests to access Shilo Village to fly fish there, or just do it at Barbarian Village and bank in edgeville.

I haven't played Stealing Creation, but does it give you a message saying anything?

1. I think you'll be pretty good with just some basic melee armor (rune's fine) and a whip + dds. 2. A superset and fill the rest with tuna potatoes. I did it with worse stats than I have now (which are lower than yours) and I finished it without too much trouble, I think I had about 5 or so tuna potatoes left.
