You can try going to the goblins in Goblin Village.

If you have a good source of an income, then you should be fine. Who knows, maybe some guy will just decide to be nice and put one in for min, but you could be waiting for quite a while. In the end, it'd probably just be best buying it at whatever price sells (I'm not that rich, so I don't know if it's a quick buy at med price or max).

If you enjoy Barbarian Assault, why not get it? You can have some fun with a reward in the end. Don't play it just for the torso, however, as there are many better options than the Torso.

I really don't think you'll get one anytime soon at min. You'd be better off just raising the extra cash to get it. Make sure you aren't wasting all of your money on one item though. Always try to leave yourself a couple mil at least.

Are you planning on renewing your membership? Or are you going back to f2p after that 3 months? If you're going back to f2p, I'd train up your agility, as the agility boost will carry over to f2p servers. I'd also maybe try for a 99 in a skill you enjoy, and get the skill cape to parade around in f2p. Maybe play some mini-games and do a little questing?

It's really up to you, mining the mithril will take longer, and I'm not sure if it's more mining xp in the end or not.
