Logo design?
Yes, something like that would be awesome!

Summoning
No, it lists all the familiars, the alch price, ge price, cost of shards, cost of seconds, exp for the pouch, and the exp/gp. http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Summoning_pouches That's the only other one I could find. That might suffice until someone else who knows what it is can post the link.

Most Efficient Way to Clean Herbs
That sounds like the best way. One click bank, mousekeys, the only thing you can improve on is your accuracy.

Logo design?
I'm curious as to if anyone would want to make me a website Logo? I had a buddy of mine do it, and I liked it, however he draws in a sketch style, and I can't use a sketch for a logo, and he won't re-do it (and I have no artistic abilities to re-do it myself). I'll post his logo he made, and you can either re-do his, but if you could add color (and not a sketch drawing, if you please), or totally go off on something on your own. Size isn't a big issue, just remember it'll go on a website, so not overly huge, but not too bad. If you could have the words "Husky Monkey" be in it, that'd be awesome. [spoiler=Buddy's Design] It'd be much appreciated! This is no rush order, so you can take your time on it. Thanks!

Making some logos.
If you're still interested, I have a request. Company Name: Husky Monkey Description: Work out site aimed at those who'd rather be at home and just be in shape. I have a buddy who made a logo for me, but I can't really use it because it's a sketch style drawing, and he doesn't want to re-do it. Here's what he had, if you'd like some inspiration lol. [spoiler=Logo] I transparified the outside and the sweat drops, but the others would have been too difficult with his sketch style.

Best cooking spot
Serp doesn't know what he's talking about . I'd agree with him actually, I went from 70 to 99 at Rogue's, and unless you have access to the Cook's Guild, I'd go there. Even if you have access to the Cook's Guild, it might be better to go to Rogue's because you have people there to talk to, could speed time up a little bit.

The Running Thread
Alright, so I've been wondering. Would it be a good idea to mix HIIT and 2-3 mile runs during a weekly routine? I want to increase my endurance and stamina at the same time get faster (At least be able to complete a 2 mile at a pretty good time - under 13 minutes).

What excerises to do? Help me set up a routine!
I know you weren't responding to me, but I was in agreement with Bloodstain, which is why I posted in response to you.

I'd go with Rogue's Den if you can't access the Cooking Guild.

What excerises to do? Help me set up a routine!
Hahaahahahaa What's so funny? Just doing push ups and sit ups (and squat jumps) isn't going to do much of anything. Obviously you didn't do them well enough. You have no idea, lol. And of course they won't suffice by themselves; you need to combine it with a healthy diet. OP specifically asked for exercises, as he's already got the diet part straight. If you read my post, I did push-ups and flutter kicks all day long for two and a half months, and my pushups only increased by 20. I combined those with strength training at night (we had barbells and dumbbells in the bay), as well as Iron Mikes for hours (Holding a sandbag over your head and doing forward lunges up and down a sidewalk). While they're good to build up a little bit, it's not going to be the best to gain muscle. Don't get me wrong, I still do pushups and situps every night, I'm just saying you should combine them with better workouts.

Hahaahahahaa What's so funny? Just doing push ups and sit ups (and squat jumps) isn't going to do much of anything. Agreed. I went through basic training, and have done more pushups and flutter kicks than you can count. They do increase your strength, but not by much. In the two and a half months I was there, my pushups increased by about 20, and that was because of the additional strength workouts I was doing at night.

Salamander
You only need one salamander. You'll equip it (2h) and it shoots tar, so you'll need one tar for each attack.

waterfall for fire giants
but dont you put the amulet on the statue You should still have it...if not, you'll need another one (I can't remember if you put it on a statue or not, I just know I have one).

waterfall for fire giants
With the Amulet equipped?

waterfall for fire giants
The same way you got there during the quest. You need a rope and Glarial's Amulet. Just go behind that house, ride the raft, use the rope on the rock, and then the tree, equip Glarial's Amulet, enter the door.

Efficiancy calculations
A lot of people see the forums as a way out, so to speak. If they can ask, and someone else can do the work for them, then they just saved themselves the trouble of trying it out.

Should i buy BGS?
Most people I know that buy a BGS has sold it soon after. They say it's fun at first, but gets rather old. I'd rather dump my cash into skills/better items.

After Buyers and Cellars
We have this in the items database (although the Notes isn't filled), however I noticed it's not on the actual guide as a tip. I'll be sure to get this added! Thanks for bringing it up!
