So I take, lets say, 10k, pure essence noted and 27 pure essence un-noted. Then I craft those 27 essence into laws. Then I trade the 27 laws and 27 noted essence for 27 un-noted essence?

I want to make laws for people to get the xp. How does this work?

The number of players, such as yourself, that liked the older version of Runescape is much smaller than the number of players that don't care or like the game how it is. No matter what updates Jagex makes to the game there will always be a majority of players that will continue paying to play. (Unless they make an update that restricts players from trading with another). If YOU want YOUR game back, you can keep dreaming.

From 45-53 hunter swamp lizards are faster than spotted kebbits. I have no idea what you were thinking when you wrote that part of the guide. Kebbits are a hassle to hunt and don't give as much xp.
