I think it says use mage protect when ur attacking it. If it is only attacking you and ur not attacking it, it will use melee. Edit: Can be re-obtained by killing another level 11 mourner during or after the quest. A complete mourner's outfit is useful for other quests and to enter the mourner's headquarters after quest. There are two chests you can steal from there. (from tip it items database) ON Mourning's Ends Part 1 Quest

You get back 70% of the shards used to make the pouch. Beware of high level pouches because u need to have a certain level higher than the level needed to make the pouch. You can get crimson charms from greater demons, waterfiends (most), and dust devils.
