Isn't 3rd are rare enough? :wall: I suppose, but the introduction of them will be extremely slow and in my opinion won't be as highly desired as say holiday items. Whatever happens, it will be really cool to watch unfold over the coming months.

Without rares being introduced into the game I wonder how the economy will react.

Still, he nominated himself as an influential/iconic player before anyone else did, plus after he did so people were asking who he was because they didn't recognise him. As much as I would love to flame/argue/debate here, it detracts from the point of this thread. Simply put, Jagex has slowed down quality content updates considerably in the last few months. I think I am not the only one who would be slightly annoyed if I signed up to Members and so far have only received a F2P starter quest, and an inefficient, time consuming distraction. Anyone else want to argue? PM me and I would love to continue.

^ This. :angry: I fixed it for you. :) Well, by saying the quest aimed for low levels is the majority of Jagex's profits you are wrong. People who have paid membership for years count for more than a larger number of low level players who have maybe only paid 1-2 months of membership, if that. Many high levels have paid for years, and their money accounts for far more than the majority.

So it's like what? 4 weeks since an update geared at people who pay the most of Jagex's wages?

Ya know what.... I don't actually care about a pointless update in October which should only be a supplementary distraction from the main game. Why do they waste their time on a Dev Blog for something like this, opposed to the new dungeon, high level smithing update or dare I say it... the new skill?

Jagex taken a chilled week on vacation. Thus limited feedback/response from them. Have you seriously not learnt not to get your hopes up with Jagex?

but nobody can deny that quite a portion of their playerbase is american. Its important to understand your playerbase's demographics and respond accordianly It is important, but I really doubt an American holiday will affect Jagex's update schedule. Any excuse JaGex can get they will take...

Sure there will be more worlds, but right now I think it is fine. There are countless training spots these days to try which are not crowded. When the new skill comes out I expect there to be many more worlds made.

When they invent a way to justify allowing guns into the game. Nvm.
