Actually i have this problem too. So far theres no way of fixing it other than changing the amount of cpu or something that your gaming uses. Happens when i play Guild wars or other high graphics games. Sorry i cant help more.

What do you think of the concept Clan Celebration month?: Tbh i think its nice to celebrate clans. Both clans mentioned in this months deserved it very much. How would you gauge Jagex's ability to appeal to their very broad clan community?: Meh im not sure howmuch thats going to work. I mean this one was very much about clans length of time. What next time?? Major fights?? If there not careful they will run out of things to appeal to the whole clan community and will just focus on certain parts of it. Do you think your clan will participate? Why?: No idea.
