Hmm... OK let's see.... You have 98 summoning. That's 1470 EXP with a Book of Knowledge. Now, let's see, I think Construction is about 8 gp/exp at the cheapest, and Summoning is a fair bit more than that... so let's just say 10 gp/exp. That's 14.7k worth right there, and you don't even have to run to the Summoning obelisk, so you have to factor that in, plus the rarity and possibly very high demand could easily drive price up to 30k, I personally would go for about 50k minimum :thumbsup:

It is unfair. You should have gotten perm muted for being an [wagon]. People who do lawsuits over trivial, stupid things or lie blatantly like the McDonald's woman, they win it in real life, because the real life legal system is just screwed like that. See above post. Also, To quote someone again, just earlier in this thread someone wrote that item lending is a service, no? Well, ingame coins are an item. And they are within the game. So they're going to have to change rule 12 if they make this illegal...

It's not against the rules, or the very numerous threads in Armor&Weapons that have "renting X item $$$K an hour" are not locked. Also, the sticky for lending items specifically says that thread is not for Renting, or Charging people to borrow an item, yet there are tons of posts advertising borrowing X godsword $$K/hour and vice verca. They're not hidden.

News: although Jagex SAYS lending for money is illegal, there are currently loads of threads in Weapons and Armor lending out items for cash, and borrowing for cash, and even in the sticky for lending an item in which the first post says it is illegal to lend for cash (or something to that effect).

You paid X amount of money for the item, if you rent it for free you're just Giving Away an amount of money/experience that you could have made with that item had you kept it. So if you rent it out for free, you're losing X money/exp. It's only natural that the renter should pay. I'm no expert woodcutter, but let's say you have a dragon axe. You decide to lend it out after one hour of woodcutting, in which time you made 40k exp and got 800 willows. (im not much a wcer so these figures aren't real.) So, let's say, if you sold those willows you would make X amount of money. If you rent it out and the renter does not pay you more than the amount of money you made with the item, you're losing potential money that you could have made just by keeping the item. Not to mention the exp!

Personally I HATE the 100 caps on seeds, yew longbows etc. That is why all seeds used to be pretty expensive and why most are now less than 300 each. And they're going to keep going down til they reach the bottom; people sell at minimum because most aren't aware of this fact that buyers can only buy 100 at a time. #-o

It DOES NOT ignore mage bonuses, if you have a higher mage bonus you will hit more consistently and better. :o :shock: :P True, it doesn't. But since the Brothers have such horrible bonuses themselves, IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER. :o :shock: :P

No... YOU lost tutorial island today. I created a character so I could forever play on it. (it is still there) I've got like 6 guys on there, a few with about 800k bronze arrows. Maybe I can get one off now and get like 8mil Rofl they fixed that back in RSC didn't they? u only get off the island with 25 bronze arrows even if u had 0 arrows left or 800k.

beat this guy without GS, he had whip, DFS, dds. I used d long and got four 0s. So basically no special attack for me. :mrgreen:

It's a LOT better to range him, but yea, I think you could do it. Make sure to take good food though, monks or sharks. And a dueling ring won't help you at all, I suggest a ring of life just in case. :)

Yes. the only time you should stand like that is when you are in an area with loads of people, e.g. a big clan war, world 2 GE, world 6 GE, 144 PC, etc.

It's called 3rd age :lol: But it is about -30 or so defense bonuses compared to barrows, if i am not mistaken. Not too bad for no repair costs. To the author: I advise barrows.

For rangers, yes; for mages? It costs a lot to use fire waves.

Hunter is good for money, kinda boring though... Woodcutting isn't quite as good, about as boring... I'd say Slayer, but Ouchy S does have a point. Go for whatever you want to really :P
