I like the idea. Only instead of towers for RS TD we should have monsters :)

What about the problem of clicking on a monster to attack it. Am I the only one having it? I had several very annoying slayer tasks, basically waiting for the monster to attack me to be able to retaliate. When I try to attack the monster I almost never have a red cross (attack) and instead have a yellow (move) and that is when I click right onto it's body. The same happens when I try to order a summon to attack - I miss.

Can you give the link for the most valuable items? I don't see it on the GE page :wall:

I have seen people say that claws are something like 1/200 or 1/250. However I got my first and only claw drop after 814 TDs. (Some people report 2k kills without claws) About shards - in around 900 kills I had 4 so it should be roughly 1/200. I use RoW. Just go there and don't give up - the charms alone compensate for the trouble.

20 kills with titan is very good! try using defender instead of zammy book (it will help for darklight also). Also - killing TD really helps for summoning (lots of blues), so you might raise it to 88 just by doing that. + Sara GS is very very helpful. Now that you have the claws drop - if you can afford it - try it (the price is reasonably stable so you can sell it if you don't like it)

1 in 100 does not sound right to me. i just got my first claw drop on the 824th kill. in the meantime i had 5 ruined pieces

Soloing is not a problem at all. The most important thins is to manage to trap the demons so you fight only one at a time. As wioneo said - use youtube to see how it is done. Unicorn is best, but for us that still lack 88, titans are ok. Other healing options are BoB with food and even the new Excalibur (if you don't have sgs). Also I use pineapple pizza for food. One more thing - many times my trips have been shortened by other players coming, running around like there is no tomorrow and releasing the demons that I trapped. So I have 2-3-4 on me and have to tele away. Do not interfere with other peoples activities there. It is not hard at all to find and empty world.

Does anyone have observations - which one is rarer - claws or ruined dragon plate pieces? Any ratios? (of course as drops from tormented demons)

I have seen this guide, but it might be outdated. Because I have tried the shown 'spot 1' (at the enterance) and there I have been attacked by two and even three demons :cry:

Is it possible to fight just one of them ? if yes - how ? I tried and was piled by 2 and then 3 demons, I can't stand that much firepower. help!

I haven't seen anyone mentioning it, but how do people manage to kill anyone when there are things such as - teleport? I tried the PvP worlds for a while and no one tried to teleblock me. How are people using ancients/lunar supposed to get a kill? When you get low on food/hp you just tele-house, you don't even have to run to a bank, where it is not so safe. Seems like higher wilderness is the only place where teleport does not get in the way if you are not on standart + having 85 mage to teleblock + entangle to prevent them from running away? Or people are just making some incredible final blows (dark bow/ags ...) to make a kill?

People here seem to be happy about the new restrictions. How do this restrictions improve your game? I could be wrong, but merchants are one of the factors that keep the prices relatively stable. Yes, manipulators cause fluctuations, but around a certain level. When the price of an item gets relatively low, they attempt to buy it out and as a result the price of that item goes back up. Without such natural regulation I expect prices of the limited items to go down only. Will you be happy then? When your TT or barrows or GWD or Visage (after thousands of metal dragons) or slayer or any other valuable item that you managed to receive as a drop sells for half/third/fourth the price that it is now? And I also have no idea why Jagex believes restrictions are the solution of all problems. This even went as a hidden update - no announcement, no reasoning.

Nechryaels in chaos dungeons, but you need 80 slayer and they are worse than rock lobs. When trying to get to the Rock lobs - here is what I do: Check heavily populated worlds for people in the cave killing dags and ask them politely for help with the door (only once someone refused to help me). or Check lootshare worlds for people standing in front of the cave (DKS teams) and go in with them. Don't forget your rune thrown axe if going for rock lobs!

can the new costumes be stored somewhere in PoH ?

When hunting for red dragons it is helpful if you move your house in Brimhaven - saves time.

I do not understand the steels. They drop 3 at a time, so if you have 103 charm drops you should end up with 309 charms, not 206.

if another monster makes the killing blow you do not get the splayer exp. by monster i do not mean the summon, but for example werewolf fighting sara mage. maybe that was your case

I am disappointed :| Diversity is always good. Having the choice - quick&expensive vs slow&cheap is a good part of runescape. Now part of that diversity is gone, along with the main reason for people to do hunting. A situation where everyone loses and noone wins.

I cannot play more than 1-2 minutes before the game freezes totally. And that is on either high or low detail or safe mode ... 3ghz core2 duo E6850 / 4gb ram / NVIDIA geForce 8600 GTS I can safely say - this update is not working for me.

not what you asked for, but at least some info :) I estimated exp to be somthing like 95-98k/h and 100-110-120 crimsons/h that is for 7 lobs. Tried 9 and died twice loosing Ms. For me 9 isn't worth the risk, as you are attacked by more ranging dags + wallasalkis.

lost ranger boots to KBD due to disconnection. didn't cry like :cry: , but became really angry with my provider - shouting/punching the desk/blood pressure sky high ... not a pretty sight :roll: after that KBD trips went with snakeskin (died again to disconnection, but accepted it better) good side - I needed money to cover the losses and found ways to make them that are really efficient and I would have probably missed otherwise. after that died twice to rock lobs due to my own mistakes and lost Ms in runes and equipment, but when it is your own fault and you can afford the loss it does not hurt nearly as much (beware when going for 9 lobs - it is 10times more dangerous then 7)

What I do is : Tanning in Al-Karid and making bodies on the way back to the bank. When the energy goes to 0 (that happens very fast), he routine is simple - run from bank to tanner (you run out of energy before you get to the tanner). walk back to bank while making bodies. Run again to the tanner with the accomulated energy ... etc. This way you craft most of the leather while tanning.

there is no reasonable explanation for this. It is either a bug in GE or Jagex set some minimum prices that cannot be undercut ? The same is for 210GP gold bars - from day 1. have not moved.
