Another alternativ is that you could wind blast him and stand by the pillars, so you can run behind them when you need to eat. Metal armour are not very good against the dragons firery breaths, so wear d'hide armour or something that boost your magical attacks.

Im with cat666 here. When I was working against my 99 slayer I always picked the fastest assignements that I could get (after the summona slayer update). Daggs are very fast with cannon. I could do a task of 199 daggs in 10 mins. Any place with a multitude of monster and with multicombat, I wouldnt hesitate to bring a cannon for sure. But of course, that entirely depends on what you are after; fast and efficient exp or as much exp (other than slayerexp) as possible. Then I go with RayOxide's suggestion.

If you can afford this set-up, heres what I would bring: Protect from melee since they hit harder with melee then with magic. Top + Bottom karil - or you can wear another outfit that gives protection against magic attacks - like mage robes or d'hide. [alternative; Dragonhide full set] Infinite booties or [alternative; Mystic or wizzy boots] Slayer mask/black mask if you have one [alternative; Helm of neitiznot - for strength and prayer and +3 mage def] Antifire shield of course! Fury ammy and barrow gloves [alternative; glory] Quick tele 10 - 13 sara brews (4) 10 - 13 super restores (4) 1 Antifire pot (4) [alternative; 1 super att and 1 super str rest with sharks] Incase you follow the first set-up: No need to bring super pots since you will be drinking sara brews when you need to heal and that will only lower your attack and strength anyway - followed up with super restore to heal prayer and restore stats. Instead have either Piety or Ultimate Strength and Incredible Reflexes on. Might be usefull to bring a healer (you can summ a bunyip in 8 more lvls? or unicorn) too, just remember that you cant summoning it untill you are well within the dungeon.

Hi Nathan! Welcome to Tip.It! :) The reward you got was probably from a lvl 1 or lvl 2 clue. But I can tell you that even lvl 3 clues can give scrappy rewards. You could be lucky though, and get a valuable item, so dont give up! I must say that even when I get low rewards I always profit from a clue hunt. You arent supposed to wear any armour at the last boss fight, theres no fighting involved! Just bring approx 4 super energys or a terrorbird for run energy,ghost speak ammy and the rest of food and perhaps a 1 click tele. Good luck!

Because you will still kill them much faster with melee then with magic. Unless you have tons of runes in your bank you are burning to use up, I would recomend meleing them. So to sum up: 1) Proselyte armour if you have, or initiate/monk robes + anti-dragonshield. Whip and dds++ works wonder against the drags! 2) Black mask or slayerhelm - dont forget your ring of wealth =) 3) High alch runes and money to enter: 875 gp plus hatchet (bring a throw-away hatchet because you need room for drops) 4) super pots (times two in your case), 4 or 5 antifire pots. Rest of inventory in prayerpots.

Use a fast weapon with high crush attack (recomended: Any of the God Swords,Sara Sword or Zamorkian Spear wich have same speed as whip) against The Waterfiends. Its also recomended to wear something with high magic defense and prayer protect against range attack. They dont attack with melee at all. They are also immune to poisen. Bring a healer down there (bunyip or unicorn) with prayer pots, some food (they drop cooked sharks now and then) and supers. When they stop autoattcking you can range them if you like but meleeing is faster.

I would suggest you start over with a new account. Stolen accounts are very hard for Jagex to sort out, Both the "hacker" and the owner claim ownership of it, and its not easy to determin who is right or who is wrong. The "hacker" can just sit on the fence till you worked up some cash and nice armour and then send in a password request to jagex again, accusing you of stealing his account. Happened before, many times. -.-

When the price of the bow drops to 180k the price of each "arrow" (2500 shots) equals the price of addy arrows, but it hits harder then rune arrows, so no, its not more expensive.

Me and another guy tested the whip versus ags at abyssal demons the other day for more then 2 hours (we have approx same stats) and I killed more abyssal then he did - every time.

I use my ags whenever I can (obviously not at dragons). The gs is faster and hits harder then the whip - no doubt. I have tryed bandos and sara too but like the specs on ags better. I have both whip and gs and I can tell you that the time I usually kill, lets say, a dark beast, I have killed two with a gs. I hit harder and more often wth a gs then with my whip. If you worry about your economics though, keep to your whip and use dd++ with its spec instead.
