Why are you talking about the shield when this thread is talking about rubies...? The beast is being killed a lot by people using ruby bolts (e) to hit 100s with their specs frequently. Lots of people hunt it because of the really expensive drops. Why would the use and cost/availiability of the shields people wear affect them using ruby bolts to hunt the beast?? :wall: Anywho , On topic, it's not actually the best method, my mate's found an easier way involving certain vunerabilities to the beast so when these are known to the wider public people will start using less Ruby bolts. However in the short term maybe a small investment would be worthwhile lol. It's weak to stab attack, so a zammy spear is usefull.

You can also loot the corpse in the dungeon. He gives you a mith axe, bronze pick, spade and tinderbox. Only works when you looted it in the real world first I think.

I just entered the cave once the monster was close enough. The familiar you need is the albino rat.

Skully IS a good dker. I have another opinion about new dkers then he does, but the fact is that he is very experienced at dking. The "stupid" requirements people or clans have are there for a reason. If you want to fight a boss monster in a team you have to be good enough to actually help ... The godsword, expensive armour and 70 prayer all make it easier for you and your team to bring down the monster, which allows the team to stay longer and possibly get more good loot.

The minimap looks just the same as the normal dungeon. I think your computer just must have lagged, which is why you can't see the mithril dragons and you're stuck.

In my opinion ags isn't overpowered. If I die in bh it's often because of an ags, but that's just because BH fails. A while ago I was dming a friend in BH, and during the last fight I got pjed 6 times by different agsers, basically every time we were both at kinda lowish hp and one of us was eating, and none of them managed to kill me, except for the last one, who hit a 55 on me. People pj and rush in BH because they can, which will hopefully change with pvp worlds.
